The staff is okay. Could be friendlier. The food is always fresh, never have to return it. The staff gets orders correct every time. Normally using the drive-thru, it can get really crowded, but they move fast. ~DrRochelle

My vehicle was damaged and mechanical issues. Maintenance required message was never taken care of. It appeared about 4-5 hours into the trip. No other options were available. The vehicle was so unsafe that our family decided to not commute back 3 hours to DCA airport and change the flight to ORF. Unexpected expenses but based on the sound of the car it was the best option. ~Antanasia

Ref: Waldorf Staples Worst Staples I’ve ever gone to and the customer service is ridiculous. The reps in the copy & print center are absolutely clueless about how to assist customers and apparently this is their part time gig. No proper training, evidently newer staff and the older supposed to be seasoned staff not helping to make the situation any better. They keep calls on hold for long lengths of time and still no solution to the issue at hand. If you’re looking to have your time wasted go right in. ~Sassy

I brought in my van to have the window module repaired. When they placed the door panel back on they half did it, leaving out parts. Instead of calling to ask or replace the parts and charge me they just put it on and left out the door screws. Then when I left it to be corrected they still left out pieces. I also asked for an estimate for a lift gate install. They pulled pieces from the back door and never put them back in, leaving gaps. Very disappointed in the service. ~Shawnee

What an enjoyable and pleasant experience I had at Cottman Total Auto Care and Transmission. The folks there were super nice and very accommodating. I was referred to this place by my neighbor and I am glad I tried them out! I needed a mechanic in Waldorf that was close to my home since I move from Hyattsville. These guys did a fabulous job and we're very timely in their work. Very proficient and did a great inspection and they were able to get me in and out in one day. In comparison to what I would have had to pay the Cadillac dealership, I was ecstatic over the total for all of the services performed. They did great work and it did not take too much time and they are very competitive and price. I definitely have won a long-term customer! After researching mechanics on the Waldorf southern Maryland area, Coleman's stood out the most because 1) it was open on Saturday 2) the strong positive reviews. After getting service done on my car Rusty is super knowledgeable, super friendly and amazing sweet. Not only did he fixed my car he let me try it before final payment.
