The staff is okay. Could be friendlier. The food is always fresh, never have to return it. The staff gets orders correct every time. Normally using the drive-thru, it can get really crowded, but they move fast. ~DrRochelle

Not many food options to choose from. Not very nice service. They have no manners and they talk so quiet to where you can’t hear them. Their soda is very watered down, and when you say something about it they have an attitude. Barely give you any sides in your meal. Overall i would avoid this place. ~kinsley

Deffinently a hole in the wall that need a decor upgrade but let's be honest. People come here for the food and not fine dining. I got the 12 wings, rice and fries. The wings were tasty and so was the rice and fries with the right amount of seasoning. That platter lasted me 3 days and for the price it can't be beat. They have some much more food I want to try. Next I may go for the rotisserie chicken. Looks like they run daily specials and they stay busy which speaks volumes. So if your looking for good food at an affordable price this is the spot. I'll be back. ~Melvin

I was pleasantly surprise that they were so quick. usually you have to go to Popeyes with patience since it's usually packed. it might have been a good time of day, just before the major lunch rush on a weekend. They had plenty of people working and they communicated the whole time we were there with each other on what was low so they didn't run out. They actually didn't have enough nuggets for my meal and asked if I wanted a substitute, that was much appreciated instead of waiting around for 1 nugget. The food was cooked thru and tasted as it should, I will definitely go back to this Popeyes. ~Michelle

This is by far the worse taco bell In souther Maryland. Employees are always rude, food is never correct and always backed up. They always have issues, fryer down, machine broken. I ordered chulupas add sour creme and 2 supreme tacos all food came with no sour creme at all !! I go in and the manager who goes by the name Kim litrerly argues with me and then says you only gettin 1 sour creme when I paid for 4 items with it. She was nasty rude and could care less about any customer, she should not be working in fast food at all ! This place is a dump compared to other taco bells. Avoid this one at all cost, I can see why so many hate this location. ~brandon

Ordered online for pickup. Subs ordered with shredded cheese had no cheese at all, and they halved the steak you get anywhere else. None were toasted like ordered. Smothered in sauce though, to hide the fact they had no meat or cheese. Enough other Subway's in the area to not get ripped off. ~Maybe

I am highly upset with this location , i had doordashed my food to my home , once i received my food i ate my sandwhich and within three bites i found something black (the first picture shown) i went to subway and told them they claimed it was an olive . i never ordered olives in my sandwhich but as you can see that’s not an olive. they compensated me by remaking my sandwhich . as i got home my first bite i bit into my sandwhich and a long strand of hair was in my mouth ! my hair is not long or straight at all , i have afro kinky hair . The lady making my sandwhich was extremely rude and didn’t have any hair net on and her hair was obviously long straight and black . i am disgusted . not only did i find something once but the second time my sandwhich had a long strand of hair in it . that is so disgusting ! ~Sydney

Raw chicken was served on our to go order. Called establishment and the staff member proceeded to state “next time you need to ask for well done” isn’t chicken supposed to be well done at a temp of 165 anyway? The fact that the chicken was VISIBLY PINK and it made it out of the kitchen, to a prep station and served is reckless. Temp anything that comes out of your kitchen SPECIALLY chicken. Salmonella outbreak waiting to happen; review and ENFORCE your HACCP ASAP. Manager apologized and gave refund when I returned to the store with salad. ~Priscila
