Should have checked the reviews before coming. Drove 30 min just to be told because they packed up early they aren't serving anymore. That will be my last time here!

Multiple Times I’ve had Mobile orders gone wrong at this location. It’s either their internet has gone out or something else. This latest time I put in my order, and I arrive to pick it up but they say they did not receive it. The employee goes into the back and then I receive all of sudden that my order is cancelled. Everything felt off about that situation and I was very furious about what happened. The lady at the counter was not very helpful for getting a solution to the issue. She was very dismissive about it and passing off the issue to me like it was my problem and not an issue with their online order system.

I come in can’t place a order cause the machine is taking cash only and in this day in age most people don’t carry cash and it’s been like that for a few days now and I shouldn’t have to do extra driving to a back to get cash out….

Asked for 2 orders with steak and one vegetarian. Drove 3o minutes home and there was no vegetarian box. After pulling at the meat out I was left with only 1/4th of a meal and it's too far to drive back for a mistake.

Raw chicken was served on our to go order. Called establishment and the staff member proceeded to state “next time you need to ask for well done” isn’t chicken supposed to be well done at a temp of 165 anyway? The fact that the chicken was VISIBLY PINK and it made it out of the kitchen, to a prep station and served is reckless. Temp anything that comes out of your kitchen SPECIALLY chicken. Salmonella outbreak waiting to happen; review and ENFORCE your HACCP ASAP. Manager apologized and gave refund when I returned to the store with salad.

This don’t look like the Penne Rosa I got used to eat in different locations. I don’t see any creamy tomato sauce on it, it’s dry and tasteless. We are new to the area, going to be my first and last visit.

Something changed with this place. The food is different now. There’s barely any sauce in my pasta and the spinach is undercooked. In the Mediterranean salad that I got last time, there was wilted greens and no olives.

This is my second time coming over here and I love it. I recommend this place to everybody in this area cuz the food is amazing and the service is super great. My son order some butter noodles and he didn't like it and they change it without hesitantion and with a smile on their face. The place is really clean and the food really amazing

Uninspired dishes seem like glorified ramen. Green curry is not green, mostly oil or butter, no broth, spicy without flavor. Sweet flavor with pineapple chunks, yuck! Even paying for extra chicken with the shrimp is too little meat for the noodles. Chipotle adobo pork lacks vegetables and mushrooms. Pesto cavatappi needs more vegetables and pesto.
