They need to disable their online ordering because they can't follow instructions. You would be better off going inside and ordering. I'll never use online ordering for this site again. I don't trust them. The last time I ordered Black Forest Ham they didn't include the ham. How can you screw up the most important ingredient? This was not the first time they messed up an order.

I am highly upset with this location , i had doordashed my food to my home , once i received my food i ate my sandwhich and within three bites i found something black (the first picture shown) i went to subway and told them they claimed it was an olive . i never ordered olives in my sandwhich but as you can see that’s not an olive. they compensated me by remaking my sandwhich . as i got home my first bite i bit into my sandwhich and a long strand of hair was in my mouth ! my hair is not long or straight at all , i have afro kinky hair . The lady making my sandwhich was extremely rude and didn’t have any hair net on and her hair was obviously long straight and black . i am disgusted . not only did i find something once but the second time my sandwhich had a long strand of hair in it . that is so disgusting !

I placed an online order. I did not receive my drink. When I contacted the restaurant to inform them, the staffer was rude and raising her voice at me. I was only trying to get the drink I paid for. Horrible customer service. Never again will I order from this location. Unfortunately, I cannot rate it a ZERO!

They've messed up my curbside order three times now. The last time it was so bad they didn't even make the right KIND of sandwich, let alone the toppings!

This use to be my favorite Subway in the area until I went in one day and met a new employee. She was an older, Hispanic woman - mean as a snake and no one in the store to hold her accountable for her antics. Surely, I will not return to this one. I didn't even want my food after dealing with her and all her emotions.

Always clean, nice & neat. The only thing is the employee turn around is high. Every time I get used to one person making my sandwich, I come back two days later theirs a different person.

I tried to give this subway another chance, even after past incidents (slow staff and rudeness). The latest two incidents were (1) Having to correct an employee on cleanliness (asking her to change her gloves after repeatedly touching things and constantly fixing her apron) and (2) Asking an employee to correct my sandwich the way it’s supposed to be made. I requested the manager but was informed they were not there. The employee instead called the manager (JAKY) who basically told the employee to charge me for double meat and cheese. Myself and the other customers behind me were in total disbelief. No one knew what the employee said to the manager because he didn’t speak to him/her in English. I was so furious with their lack of respect and knowledge to their own job that I asked for the franchise owners name. The other employee whom stayed silent gave me the name of the employee who helped me, the managers name (JAKY) and the franchise owners name and number (GOSHI). I called the franchise owner to inform him of the repeated incidents. I never wish for anyone to be out of a job, but I refuse to tolerate rudeness and foolishness as a respectful, paying customer. My family will never visit this subway again. Train your employees better, and maybe get a new manager as well.
