We were surprised that our dog had fleas despite routine tick & flea treatment- and he was so uncomfortable. We called Petco for a flea bath service and we are very pleased with their service. Maddie did an amazing job- our dog was comforted. We plan on returning for routine grooming. Thank You Maddie!

Jessica the groomer was absolutely amazing with our furbabe . She did such a great job and took her time with it being his first time getting groomed. Worth every penny .

A few months ago my S/O and I brought our dog (cockapoo) to this location to get a regular bath and grooming done. Our regular location (in Canton) had a full schedule and we just wanted to get her trimmed up in a short notice. We told the groomer (Haley) that we wanted her trimmed, not much off, and we showed her pictures from our previous trip to Canton where they were able to get the cut we wanted. She insisted she was unable to do so because our cockapoo's hair was supposedly "matted" (which we brush regularly). We let her know we never ran into this issue with any prior groomer, and wanted her hair to be the same length as shown, and she said she'd "see what she could do." Needless to say when we returned, our cockapoo was completely botched. Everything aside from her tail had hair, and it wasn't even evenly cut, it was choppy. We decided we weren't going to go back, so we agreed to stick with our Canton location. HOWEVER, we returned to our regular location to schedule another grooming appointment (now that the botched job has grown out), and they let us know that there was a note in the system saying that she was referred out from Timonium due to biting someone. 1. Timoniun NEVER made us aware of this behavior (if it's even true - our dog is fully trained and no prior groomer has ever expressed concern) 2. Timonium, instead of having a conversation with us and giving us the opportunity to "fix" this behavior, put other possible groomers at risk (if this behavior truly happened) 3. Timonium put our dog at risk of not being accepted for grooming services at any other Petco location LUCKILY, Canton was very understanding, let us know that they had no prior issues, and that they also have other customers who expressed similar concerns with the Timonium location. Fortunately and gratefully, they are allowing us to continue scheduling our cockapoo at their Canton location, and assured us that we would continue to receive updates about behavior (if anything presents).

Purchased some Pea Puffer fish and the Associate, AMIR was EXEPTIONAL!! He took the time to educate my 11 year old daughter and me on proper care and resources. I work in Customer Service and he is a rare breed when it comes to acknowledging customers and providing EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I have religously bought stuff at petco and as far I know the bathrooms are public, when I ask if I could use the bathroom, she said I could go to best buy, very rude never in my life and all I had to do is wash my hands. Customer service is horrible.

One of the best fish sections of any Petco or Petsm*rt in the area. The people who manage it care about the fish and the customers, are knowledgeable and have healthy stock and a great selection. They even have healthy corals and anemones. Good selection of freshwater plants too. I was quite impressed.

This was my first time using Petco's grooming services for my giant, but sweet Rottweiler. Chris was so incredibly helpful and patient and did an amazing job with my pup. The price was great and the results were amazing. My pup smells so good and his coat is soft and shiny. I highly recommend Petco's services and Chris in particular as this was such a great experience and I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you!

Prices are always wrong, make sure you check their online price because they price match and everything on the floor is over marked. Also, they don’t know how to take care of their animals, I was appalled tot see this poor snake looking emaciated and dehydrated. I tapped on the glass and the snake didn’t even move. They’re selling for $500!! Shameful!

From the beginning of my appointment the customer service was not what it use to be. We were greeted as if we were bothering the rep at the desk. After discussing with the groomer Brandy what I wanted for my dog, she took it upon herself, to completely shave my dogs hair. She never called me to say “unfortunately the cut we discussed , I’m not able to do”. She never explained to me why she needed to shave my dogs hair completely. In addition to the cut being horrible, my dog has red marks and patches throughout his hair. If she was not able to do the job, it should be expressed. Respectfully, a groomer should never take it upon themselves to decide to completely shave all the hair of a dog, without calling the owner first. I am very dissatisfied with what I received, as a loyal customer. When I picked my dog up, she was sitting down texting on her phone. She gave me him with a nonchalant attitude. She had several opportunities to explain “hey I had to cut his hair shorter because”. I usually have my dog cut by Azura, who has always had great customer service, unfortunately she was booked. I regret booking with anyone else. This was the worst experience and I will definitely be moving on completely for grooming services.
