Today my coworker and I went to Petsmart to return a fish tank for our work office. Eric the manager was soooo helpful!!!!! Can’t thank him enough. He is the best!

Traveled an hour for hotel care to get there an our official paperwork was denied. Lead rep on duty stated because it was hand written it was a no go. Reached out to Springfield PA hotel which by the way is another 2 hour drive. The official paper work was accepted. I am very disappointed in the Bel Air petsmart, the lead couldn't even show me a disclosure to where as the paper work wasn't accepted, after all the gas use I had to revamp/replan my family vacation. Never will I step foot in Bel Air Petsmart.

Pet Smart grooming is why I was there this last time. A bit of difficulty getting my pup groomed due to employees missing. Grooming and considerations were great.

The store is pretty well stocked and very clean which is the ONLY reason I'll give them 2 stars. Had an issue with the manager bri. Very rude and condescending. No customer service skills at all and flat out LAZY! Hope and pray you never need a manager for coupon approval because she was no where to be found and refused to come out the back. Ended up saving the coupon for next visit-got tired of waiting.

Two days in a row now I have tried to purchase fish here and have been denied due to the fish being in quarantine. The first time, I was told that the fish were quarantining just for the day. Naturally I return the next day and am denied again. As an ecologist I’m all for safe fish practices but Petsmart’s system for quarantining fish makes less than 0 sense. They are quarantining new fish with healthy fish that had already been in the store. From a business stand point this is absolutely foolish since it prevents you from selling any fish it the mean time. From a biological stand point it makes even less sense because you are housing possibly ill fish with ones that are already healthy. For a business and franchise that is supposed to be about pet/animal care, this is wildly irresponsible and dangerous for the pets they are trying to sell.

Excevier Cardona Posted a week ago that the Belair location did not have a sign that said your animal need to be leashed, However that policy is in their pictures on the store hours sign. I’m attaching the picture now of the same store hours sign with the same message. What’s really sad is they were fine with their bird being unleashed and underneath of ourselves in a dangerous manner. As a customer I was very concerned for their bird because they couldn’t get it out from under the shelf. No wonder they were asked to leave

Went today to this store with one of my birds, not the first time I bring my birds or pets to this supposedly animal friendly stores… Jamie which I guess its the manager in a very ride and unprofessional way asked me to leave the store because the bird wasn't on a leash or a cage… then says that that was posted on the entrance, where she failed to show us where… please make yourself a favor if you truly care for your pets and stay away from this store which clearly doesn't…. Attach are pics of the entrance where it shows nothing about any claimed policy

Usually the staff are friendly and helpful. In this particular shopping experience it was hard to find any staff except the person at the cash register. The store is dark inside which was less than inviting.

When you order and they say they don’t have it then you go and they have it on the shelf. Then you tell the manager and they ignore you (girl with pink hair take pride in the way you look ) they never even looked for it LAZY LAZY
