They've taken the "fast" out of fast food. They've become very slow in fulfilling your order. There also appears to be a film of "uncleanness" about the restaurant.

Update July 2022 : This McDonalds just got a new renovation. There no longer is a self serve drink station inside but you can still can get all-you-can drink you just have to go up to the counter. It looks great and the food is delivered to you table if you eat in. Clean and nice McDonalds with updated decor. The service was fast. This is one of the McDonalds I'll sit down and eat in.

Talk about a rip off. Our meal should've been around $6. Not only did we get charged for that but someone else's meal that was $18!!! Tried to call so they could make it right, no answer. Calling the bank and they'll require a police report. Hope they make it right before then. Can't imagine this was the first time this happened either. It wasn't busy (four cars total in drive up and zero in the dining room) so that isn't an excuse. First and last time at this location.

Nothing special about it. Average McDonald's with an average crew with you Average food and an average wait time... it's no Applebee's or tgif, but if you're going here odds are you're not looking for fancy but a quick bite. The only benefit about this place is that it's right down the street from the movie theaters so if you're looking to get a quick bite before or after your movie you won't have to go far

Young man at the pickup window was not attentive. Tried to give me a Sprite when I asked for Hi-C orange. Still tried to give it to me when food was ready. Then I ordered a Quarter Pounder with no onions. Got two regular cheeseburgers. Frustration level was through the roof

The drive-Thru staff are obviously not morning people. The order taker knowingly let me order a 2 for $3.00 item that is no longer being offered at that price, but is currently being advertised on the electronic menu's. The young man did not offer to adjust the order to reflect the advertised price. The pickup window made me feel like I was back in high school, the young lady seemed to care more about her fake nails and personal attitude and less about order accuracy, and how to properly wear a facial mask. Perhaps this crew should be swapped out for the A-Team, or the lone senior citizen who mops the dining room floor.

Very good customer service experience which you don't really expect from a place like this. I love the way that the tables were clean and every time someone leaves a table an employee comes to clean it. Food is expensive (compared to few years ago) but still when is bad customer service you feel that it hits you bad even more, keep it u I know you can make a difference in this world 😉.

Drive thru line always moves quickly. Clean inside and out & the food is always made to my crazy special order. Especially my no whip, no caramel sauce frappe. Is it just me? But I just go crazy when the cup isn't full. Thank you to the manager for putting a smile on my face.
