After transferring from the Riva road location that is an absolute disaster, I can’t say enough how happy I am. They answer the phone, quickly respond to questions, are always easy to communicate with and there are hardly any lines. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you CVS staff at this location!

The pharmacist is great, always calls if there’s an issue. They answer their phone too which is more than I can say for other CVS in the area. I often end up having to have this CVS fill my prescriptions when the Edgewater CVS drops the ball.

I’ve been getting my prescriptions here for the last 2 years and never had any issues. Staff is always very nice, never experienced a long wait, and my stuff is always ready

Love the staff but absolutely hate the floaters. One floater was extremely rude, I asked for a round about time on when I should be Receiving a call back about my prescription and I understand she had never been to that location before but instead of telling me I can’t give you a roundabout time but I will call you back she told me the longer you stay on the phone with me the longer it takes for me to get back to you that is extremely rude other than that it’s a great place

On Wed., No. 18th, I received the WORSE service from this location. I had to spell my name at least four times to the worker. I asked for a rush on my prescription, which my physician called in at least 15 mins before I arrived. I stated I was in pain, but it still took at least another 15 mins to get my prescription. I told the worker I would sit in the chair at the left of the counter to wait. I received a phone call from the pharmacist about one of my prescriptions. Seriously?!?! The worker continued to wait on other customers although my order was ready on the counter. Worse employee ever!!

Only CVS I can get a rep on the line without an egregious wait. Always pleasant and patient. You can literally hear them smile through the phone! Fast service and amazing customer care ❤

Too slow, too unfriendly, made a prescription mistake and argued, inefficient and ineffective window pickup, and little help from staff inside...that is, if you can find anyone to help in first place. This is a conveniently-located store within a growing town -- 100,000+/- people passing by 2x per day. They really need to step up their game. I will not go back and others may not either. I have at least 15 suggestions to make improvements. Why don't they see this too?
