Andrei provided really fast and friendly service. I thought I needed a tow but he showed me that the cable to the battery was badly rusted and showed me a quick and temporary fix so I could get myself home. Andre is amazing and one of the best business owners and human being I have dealt with in 55 years. My daughter's car broke down in Edwards and she called me in Florida to see what I could do. I did a quick search and found Andre's shop listed on the internet, called him at 1000pm and he ran over to see what was wrong with the car. He lifted the car enough to discover the drain plug had come lose and the vehicle had no oil left. He towed it to the local express shop, gave my daughter recommendations on a place to stay and called me back with recommendations on how to deal with the shop who recently changed the oil. We needed a ditch recovery near vail. Despite my objections, the State Police officer that responded, required us to use their "rotational towing company" that they had a partnership with. While waiting for the tow truck, 3 other companies stopped to offer aid. However the police officer waved them off. The recovery took less than 10 minutes. The tow truck bill was $240. The tow truck driver insisted he had to charge a minimum of 1 hour, and at this premium rate. I pulled up the company's website where a $140 rate was listed and the driver responded, "we need to get that changed." Two days later, I called the tow company and spoke to the driver, who is also the owner, to convey my dissatisfaction with his service and request the rate be at least refunded to the advertised rate on the website, but he refused. Personal takeaway: The officer cited safety as a requirement to call the tow company. However, as noted above we could have been finished with the tow 20+ minutes earlier and been safely back on the road had we opted for any of the 3 private tow companies that were immediately available. We wished we could have negotiated the rates with one of the competitive tow company before agreeing to the services. *Note the driver seems like a nice gentleman, but this is unsatisfactory service, and he had multiple opportunities to do the right thing. Unfortunately, instead he chose the quick nickel instead of the long dime. Vote with your dollar and give it to companies with better service.

Andrei at Affordable Towing in Edwards provided excellent service. We had a Blowout on our RV on I70. We could not have received better service in a harrowing location. It was timely, professional and caring. Following that, we had a second Blowout on another tire. With only one spare, we were in a bind. Andrei helped us again by contacting Big O Tire for us. With limited cell coverage, he made sure they were able to assist by telling them what we needed and where we were located. I highly recommend their services. Thanks Service: Tire change
