I hadn't been to Joann's in quite a while but I needed some tulle for a craft project and I was close so we popped in. We were amazed at the Halloween decor! They have a better selection than most stores we have been to. Their prices are a little high but the 50% off helps! We picked up some really neat items! The lady that cut the tulle for me could have been a little bit friendlier. But the cashier up front that checked us out was great! So if you're looking for some neat Halloween decor, check it out!!

Really problematic with the whole online piece. 6 emails to verify a purchase is a bit much. Then when all said, only received half my online order. What's the point? System doesn't seem to know what is actually on hand at store level.

Hate coming here. It’s totally boring. Here often. Nothing else negative to say about. Bring a coupon or they will take your wallet.

This was a well-stocked and clean store, however they succumb to the common trope of "everything is on sale."they have sale prices and discounts on everything so it becomes very difficult to find out what the real price is until you get to the cash register. It was so bad at this store that people actually commented "wow this thing isn't on sale do you know that this is full price?" I wish stores could just have honest clearly marked prices that were fair and no one had to play games.

Great inventory.... need more clerks and store personnel. The clerks that were there.... very good.... but obviously over worked. Who's running this show ! ?

Good products overall, lots in stock, the coupons are always good and lots of clearance. But I feel it's not the best location, store was unorganized, and messy. Products weren't labeled properly and fabric is always a mess.

I do love Joanns but I am having a hard time going in there because they have so many lights that flicker so fast that it causes my daughter to almost have a seizure. I called corporate twice and told them anyone with seizures in their life could have one in their store. They said they would make sure someone fixes it. Yesterday after not going in for over a month, still flickering lights all over. We got what we needed but as we were leaving, my daughter almost pasted out due the pain in her head. Thanks a lot for caring about your customers Joann.

I needed to hem a teal prom dress for my daughter's best friend. I found 2 shades of thread that nearly matched (bluer and greener), and a professional tailor happened to be sitting nearby and was kind enough to help me select the shade I needed. I also needed more bobbins and needles for my sewing machine, which I haven't used in several years. Apparently the sewing machine stuff is technically another business within the St. Peters Joann's, but the lady there was so sweet and helpful. She asked me several questions about my machine that I couldn't answer at the most detailed level, but was still able to get me everything I needed. The dress turned out great! Bonus for me, they had heavy duty plastic flower pots for half off, so I stocked up on those while I was there too. I'd say great selection, quality, and value here.

Never enough cashiers, I understand why now. When management belittles their employees in front of customers, I'm sure that causes a high turn over of employees. Treat your workers with some kindness or you will never have a dedicated staff. I work retail, I know that for fact.

Very poor customer service. Had items that applied to a sale, was told said items weren’t included and then when we showed them the sign, they then came back and said that sale items weren’t included in the deal even though no where on the sign does it state that. They applied coupons to our transaction and claimed that we were getting a better deal, and felt pressured out the door. Our transaction should’ve costed $25, ended up paying over $100 and couldn’t go back in to correct it because of the line outside.
