Quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. That describes our experience at Valvoline. The staff moves customers through efficiently and they're friendly and professional. 9f you don't understand something just ask and they will explain whatever questions you have. The staff also keeps you informed as to what is going on. They never try to oversell you. I like this place because of the speed of service and convenient location. I have recommended Valvoline to several people.

Fast and efficient, but my sticker did read wrong/ not normal. I called to ask about it and seemed to be a hassle to clarify what was done and she couldn't find me in the system even thou they used my id to put me in the computer. I had asked why my next oil change was in 3000 when I had fully synthetic done. not sure if I should trust them after the conversation so i guess oil will be changed when I get back home. that was 120$ out the door. My guess was a misprint but the fact I couldn't be found in the computer and confirm things is weird and im not risking it since its a newer escalade.

FYI NO TESLA SERVICE - Very nice and polite men work here, I drove up for new wipers and a little air in the tires. They politely told me that because corporate does not have Tesla in their computer they cannot touch the car in any way, shape, or form. Drive 2 minutes down the road to Big O Tires and they fixed me right up - even installing the wipers.

DO NOT GO HERE! They put an aftermarket drain plug on my vehicle that was not even half way put on. My car began leaking oil and they didnt even replace the oil filter. I had to take it to a dealership and pay big $$$ for your mistakes. Absolutely disgraceful for the price you charge for a full synthetic oil change. Service: Oil change

Unbelievably great, honest and incredibly fast service! The entire crew puts customers first and does a great job. Went to get a new battery...on their own they looked up my battery, realized it was under warranty, and replaced it for free. I didn't have to ask. Even though a mechanic used the week before had damaged the battery. Don't be fooled by how fast they are to change your oil and service your car. They do not cut corners. 5 stars for quality, service, customer advocacy, and speed.
