I don't know what the point of the sign that says masks are required. Both employees inside were not wearing masks (Daniel and the assistant manager Jennifer). I don't know if the manager or owner is claiming face masks are required but it's obviously not enforced. Just require masks or don't. The mixed messaging give me a weird feeling about the place and makes me not want to come back. I visited on 12/14/21 ~Dan

Apparently what they mean by after hours door orders as you can ring the bell for 30 minutes and you whoever working is able to take a nap or ignore you whatever they prefer.. Completely absolutely not acceptable don't claim that you're open act like you're open and then let your employees take naps in the cooler I rang the bell for consistent 20 minutes I had an order to pick up nobody as much as even came up front. My experience at this Jiffy Lube was a very pleasant and easy one. The staff was professional and courteous throughout the entire visit. Volatile culture. Have used their services and my wife worked there. When she left for work in another state they robbed her of her vacation time (which they also did not allow her to use while working there). Ria is a much better/safer option if you need money transfer services. ~Jason

Extremely slow service, so be prepared to wait hours for a prescription. Nevertheless, the staff is doing the best they can while being understaffed. ~Azh

Very clean and friendly store, staff is helpful and they have been with this employer for a long while. Their produce and meat department always have fresh and delicious products that will satisfy you, your family and friends and neighbors/visitors alike. I was looking for dairy-free and Gluten-free items for an event, and I was in a rush between two activities. A big Target is near this location, but I knew they probably wouldn't have as many quality options on these items and that it would take me longer to find them and walk the store to get them. Instead my stop at Natural Groceries was super easy and even quicker than it could have been because there was a staff member arranging items in an aisle and he directed me exactly to where I needed to go. -I made it in time for the next activity in my event! ~Pepe
