Apparently what they mean by after hours door orders as you can ring the bell for 30 minutes and you whoever working is able to take a nap or ignore you whatever they prefer.. Completely absolutely not acceptable don't claim that you're open act like you're open and then let your employees take naps in the cooler I rang the bell for consistent 20 minutes I had an order to pick up nobody as much as even came up front.
