Apparently what they mean by after hours door orders as you can ring the bell for 30 minutes and you whoever working is able to take a nap or ignore you whatever they prefer.. Completely absolutely not acceptable don't claim that you're open act like you're open and then let your employees take naps in the cooler I rang the bell for consistent 20 minutes I had an order to pick up nobody as much as even came up front. I usually come in early a bit after 6am to grab a quick cup of coffee, sometimes the staff is friendly, and sometimes they look like they hate their life. The coffee was great, nice selection of flavours and creamer - but the last 3 times I've been in, the coffee has had grounds floating in it. I shrugged it off the first two times but the third time I showed the lady at the counter & told her about it, she told me the filters got changed and she is confused about it a.k.a. doesn't care. It's simple : clean your machines. I think I'll wait awhile before coming back in for coffee... ~Brick
