Store was very disorganized and the staff was more concerned about talking amongst each other and taking their lunch break than they were in helping folks. With the exception of one girl who was very nice, however, it was too little too late and I left without purchasing anything.

I shop at these stores all the time. I needed to use the restroom. I was told that corporate has decided not to allow customers in to use the bathroom! Im pretty confident that was a lie. I will no longer shop at this store.

Good variety but a little pricey. Feel the prices for stuff is quite a bit higher that like Sprouts. 5/5/2022 Yes it seems to me prices are down more. Really appreciate that fact too. Great produce and vitamins in your store. Lots if other good buys, as well. 7/18/22 My go to store for vitamins and prices and quality of produce are still best that I have seen for most items compared to Sprouts fir some time now. They also carry coconut oil at better prices with better stock as well.

I was soo DISAPPOINTED with the Natural Grocers Security Guard. That fat lady with the wrong mixing of purple eye shadow. We were waiting for our uber car to arrive with my disabled uncle and then this lady said " HEY YOU NEED TO GET OUT OF HERE, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO STAY LONGER" like wow that is soooo RUDE pushing us away where we are customers? Is really the HUMANITY in this world is GONE? How sad.

I was looking for dairy-free and Gluten-free items for an event, and I was in a rush between two activities. A big Target is near this location, but I knew they probably wouldn't have as many quality options on these items and that it would take me longer to find them and walk the store to get them. Instead my stop at Natural Groceries was super easy and even quicker than it could have been because there was a staff member arranging items in an aisle and he directed me exactly to where I needed to go. -I made it in time for the next activity in my event!

Even though they deal with a lot of snotty rich people that think they're better than everybody else they still keep a good attitude and are nice to everyone. To be honest I don't know how they do it people with a lot of money usually seem to be pretty nasty to people that work for them. I seen it dozens of times. When I was standing in line in the store. they are so rude to those cashiers and they do nothing but be kind back to them they all need a raise. If I can figure out how to get the video to go on this app I'll record it so everybody can see how rude people really are and how kind of the employees tree people there
