NOPE! Been to two locations and customer service is not good...rude and unknowledgeable. Phone service is even worse than customer service. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY "UNLIMITED " AND "GIGABITES"! I upgraded plans THREE TIMES and no difference. ~Kendra

Some employes were rude. But I finally found a good one. They are pushing a mask mandate when it's not required anywhere else in town. The glass protector for my z fold didn't work when he tried to put it on so he refunded me. ~lacey

I usually come in early a bit after 6am to grab a quick cup of coffee, sometimes the staff is friendly, and sometimes they look like they hate their life. The coffee was great, nice selection of flavours and creamer - but the last 3 times I've been in, the coffee has had grounds floating in it. I shrugged it off the first two times but the third time I showed the lady at the counter & told her about it, she told me the filters got changed and she is confused about it a.k.a. doesn't care. It's simple : clean your machines. I think I'll wait awhile before coming back in for coffee... ~Brick
