Great haircuts BUT they have raised their prices. I no longer feel like paying $40 per haircut (with tip) every 2 weeks. I get it - inflation. Everyone is using that excuse. But have you also inflated your employees' paychecks? Doubt it...

Jacqueline does a great job and is super nice, but their wait list online is never even close to being accurate. Expect to wait at least 30 min past their "recommended arrival time" EVERY time you come. I don't think the arrival time has ever been right and we've been coming here for over a year

Was a walk-in and Jaclyn got me set up and in a chair in under 5 mins, worked with my preferences and delivered an incredible haircut while being very personable and professional. Very impressed. Service: Haircut

Haircut is good, but make sure whenever you book an 'online' time - add an additional 30 - 40 mins of waiting after you arrive for your hair to actually get cut. Not sure why they give you a time when it is never when they say.. Service: Haircut

Not sure why they have an empty lobby and an 1 1/2 wait but won’t try and squeeze in a walk in? Two stylist finished their current customer and just walked in the back not to be seen again for over 20 minutes. My cut doesn’t even take 20 minutes. Lacking perspective for their customers. An amazing experience at Sports Clips! Alexis asked how I typically keep my hair and kept that in mind. An excellent cut, and as always, I had the MVP Experience. During the shampoo Alexis applied the perfect amount of pressure and massaged my head. A first time experience at a Sports Clips, and a welcome one. Highly recommend this location and Alexis

I never usually post bad reviews but this was horrible service. I checked in online at 9:30 to get a hair cut this morning and my confirmation told me my “estimated time of arrival should be 10:15”. Being a single dad with a 4 year old hiking along with me I arrived 10 mins late of that time at 10:25. When I arrived I looked at the people on the list and my name was number 1 Jacob L. Clear as day above 35 other people. I thought to my self thank goodness I checked in online. When I attempted to us the self check in with my phone number, my number had been associated with someone else so I called a stylist over to help me check in. Still at this time as I am having a conversation with the stylist my name is still at the top. Until the stylist says “you have to be on time or our system purges your appointment”. She asks me my name again I said “Jacob the one that you just took off the list”. She then again goes to say that I have to arrive on time and that she will put my name back on the list. I go to the bottom and it says 2 hours for a wait. I ask the stylist how much longer I would have to actually wait and she again goes I arrived late and that she has to help other people. Again I have a 4 year old with me. I stuck it out until I got fed up watching 5 people go before me and just walked out. Horrible experience horrible ability to take care of a customer. I left upset because again I have no time to really sneak away being a single father and my schedule. I won’t be going back.

Lindsey was a darling. She listened to me and understood the fact that I was extremely nervous to have someone cut my hair for the first time in over ten years. I went here because I knew they did shorter hair cuts on a daily basis, even though this is mainly for men, she took care of me above and beyond. I will be a return customer 1000000% and I can't wait to see her again. Service: Haircut

My wife and I went in for the first time to receive haircuts. It had been a while since I had mine cut and my wife needed her long hair trimmed. While I had a good experience my wife wasn't as lucky. The stylist she had not only commented that her hair was falling out but then tried to convince her to buy expensive hair products. My wife left crying her eyes out and I am gutted. How unprofessional can you be to make someone feel like they are ugly. My wife's hair is not falling out, its not fine, its full and beautiful. Otherwise she wouldn't have long hair. We will not be returning for further service at this location. Services: Hairstyling, Haircut
