I've gone here many times before, and honestly it's usually super awesome, even when busy. Haven't been in about a year, and I walked in at 10:45 this morning without an appointment in an attempt to avoid a crowd. The store was virtually empty, with 4 employees and 1 person getting a haircut. The receptionist said it will be 12 before they can get to me. I looked around confused, because of the above-mentioned empty shop. She tells me she only has 2 stylists. Alright, but the store is empty. She says she has a person waiting. One guy. So basically I was told that it would take 2 stylists 75 minutes to cut one man's hair. Not sure what's going on at this shop lately, but definitely a miss. Service: Haircut

I never write reviews, but this one is frustrating. Negative experience today. I had made an appointment for my oldest kid. I asked when I got there if it was possible to cut my youngest kids hair as there were no more appts available when I signed up. The store manager told me if something opens up, we could maybe get him in. So, time marches on and this walk-in comes in and asks if there was anyway he could get his haircut? One of the stylists said sure, no problem, come sit here. And so, I am sitting there thinking, wait, what? I know this sounds petty and fully admit it might be. I am sure you understand...suffice to say, we will not be returning. I know businesses are stretched from understaffing, but customer service is customer service. On a positive note, the stylist that did cut my oldest was awesome. Extremely professional and communicative. Cut was top notch. Service: Haircut

I got a bang trim and cleanup from Sherri and I can say that I loved my experience, she gave me what looked best on me, and was super sweet and fast, I feel even more confident after getting it. Can guarantee I will be back and will recommend!! Update: yet another glowing review for Sherri, I had another stylist cut my sisters hair and needless to say it wasn’t good, went back the next day and Sherri jumped in for the rescue and made her hair perfect! Highly recommend! I am going through chemo and suddenly started losing my hair at a fast rate. They were able to squeeze me in for a head shave. First experience with a straight razor head shave and it was amazing! They did an awesome job all around of taking care of me. Will definitely go back if I need another head shave during my chemo, or after when my hair grows back. Great shop, great employees, and a great cut!
