Best hair salon in Castle Rock, Colorado (CO) 2024

An amazing experience at Sports Clips! Alexis asked how I typically keep my hair and kept that in mind. An excellent cut, and as always, I had the MVP Experience. During the shampoo Alexis applied the perfect amount of pressure and massaged my head. A first time experience at a Sports Clips, and a welcome one. I never write reviews, but this one is frustrating. Negative experience today. I had made an appointment for my oldest kid. I asked when I got there if it was possible to cut my youngest kids hair as there were no more appts available when I signed up. The store manager told me if something opens up, we could maybe get him in. So, time marches on and this walk-in comes in and asks if there was anyway he could get his haircut? One of the stylists said sure, no problem, come sit here. And so, I am sitting there thinking, wait, what? I know this sounds petty and fully admit it might be. I am sure you understand...suffice to say, we will not be returning. I know businesses are stretched from understaffing, but customer service is customer service. On a positive note, the stylist that did cut my oldest was awesome. Extremely professional and communicative. Cut was top notch. Service: Haircut ~Paul
