This store has no concept of management. Photos aren't done by promised time. My sister submitted a photo yesterday afternoon and it was promised to be done by 7:45pm. She got a text it was ready but online said it was still processing. She call, luckily, and was put on hold for 10 minutes. We called back and was told it would be ready in 2 minutes. We got a phone call back a few minutes later saying that the type of photo would take a couple of hours not minutes and we could pick it up in the morning at 9am. She specifically ordered this kind of photo because it would be done same day and she needed it for 7am for a client but she agreed to pick it up today after work and pushed back what she was doing with her client. She just went to pick it up today and it STILL isn't ready 7 hours after the new pick up time. Now she's being told their equipment isn't working for it and that it is a rare order so no other Walgreens has the right equipment for it. If they started it when she ordered yesterday and they informed her of the problems this wouldn't be an issue. We're pretty understanding people but for something to be ordered for same day and isn't with 8+ hours notice, and then 28+ hours later still isn't done is unacceptable. Not even a phone call was given to inform her that this was not possible. She wasn't told on the phone last night when she called and she was respected with a call this morning when it was supposed to be done. Totally unprofessional and poorly managed. In the grand scheme it's a photo, not life or death, but the disrespect for someone's time is what bothers us. She could have been informed and found another place yesterday. Apparently no logical adult is running the place.

Walgreens: 2703 US-130, North Brunswick Township, NJ 08902 1 star in order to write the review, however. Imagine going to the pharmacy to pick up a needed prescription and to also drop off another needed prescription, only to learn the pharmacy is closed for the day; 5/10/22. Anyway, I inquired with a clerk about the pharmacy being closed. The response was "I don't know...I don't work in that department." Okay, let that sheep remain asleep! Then I inquired with a cashier, and the response was, "the pharmacist is out sick." Okay, so in the meantime, while the pharmacist is out sick, screw the sick people whom need their medication but can't get it. No further discussion needed as to why the pharmacy was closed. Now imagine calling the Walgreens Consumer Relations 800 number, three different times, and speaking to 3 different agents, whom sounded as though they are the poster children for absolute ineptness; Reneisha, Raven and Leneaea. (To say the least, the names of the 3 individuals provides a clue about ineptness.) In addition to speaking with inept individuals, each time in the middle of the conversations, a recording interrupts. SURPRISE! You are no longer speaking with a customer relations agent. Instead, the recording prompts you to take a brief survey by pressing 1. Thereafter, the phone becomes completely silent. After a 2 minute wait, there's no survey; therefore there's no choice other than to hang up. By the way, a month ago, I transferred my prescriptions from the Walgreens located 3125 NJ-27, Franklin Park, NJ to the North Brunswick pharmacy. In short, my experience with a pharmacist tech, at the Franklin Park pharmacy, was akin to a day from hell going down hill...fast. However, lately, I've noticed that a lot of other pharmacies reviews are also negative. So, the "incompetence" and "ineptness" is not occurring only at Walgreens. Read CVS reviews and/or the review for some of the supermarket pharmacies. It will make you wonder what's going on with the "BIG Pharma" industry. I don't have an answer, but I reckon "competent" people are hard to find these days.

My mother was suffering with a stomach pain for which doctor send in the Prescription at the N.B Walgreen. They kept delaying for no cause. Smh Call me crazy but my doc send my prescription to NB Walgreens and when I got there got to know they just closed earlier then their time! Now I can’t take my antibiotic and have to wait till next day!!! If I could give no star I would!!!

First of all, I would defer to calling this a "Pharmacy'... My daughter lives locally, I her Dad resides in FL.. My daughter was struggling all alone with a particularly bad case of Covid... I consulted with an online medical group whom specializes in Covid treatment...My daughter consulted with a Doctor whom after an extensive consultation, wrote a prescription which was transferred to this Walgreen's...The staff of "amateur politicians" whom work there decided they did not agree with this prescription provided them to dispense...They choose to obstruct my daughter's relief in every way possible. Even leaving another pharmacist on hold for over an hour thereby even obstructing to even transfer this prescription...If the staff of this Walgreen's would like to run for public office, fine...But your function as a pharmacy is to FILL THE PRESCRIPTION TRANSFERRED TO YOU BY A LICENSED PHYSICIAN AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE PATIENT, which would be my suffering daughter. All alone in NJ...As a pharmacy you failed in this task...I'll give them one star for being a local dispensary of Tylenol and hemorrhoid creme. After 4 days of obstructing filling her prescription. Another local provider stepped in. Luckily for this establishment, 24 hours after another pharmacy filled this prescription, her symptoms have greatly improved...If you're looking to do business with a schill for BIG PHARMA, amateur politicians...Look no further...

Clean and neat store. Fedex drop off is easy. But only if you have everything packed and label is also ready, only then they will accept the package. And it should not be too big . Here for a pick up and I was waiting for more than an hour. Many people like me at pickup/express pick/ consultancy section have been waiting for really long. I have seen many getting frustrated with long waiting lines and times. There are many kids for vaccinations and they are waiting for long too. But in the other hand as per my observation all the staff are working and busy. But why these wait lines???? Not sure at all. This pharmacy has a drive-thru pick up but I dnt know how this works!!!! Will think twice before going to this place again.

Staff including the pharmacy team are extremely willing to help and are trying their best to be helpful despite these difficult times. The pharmacists are getting slammed with people the last two weeks due to the health crisis and yet they continue to be kind and patient with everyone else. You can hear people in line being less than pleasant and yet the staff try to maintain being nice to everyone.

It’s good to get vaccinated in close by Walgreens. But, they have so backlog in updating in the database that even after 4 months, COVID vaccine was not updated in the NJ Health database. Plus it affected Rx service for long wait time and mix up with meds as well.

Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. Recently had a prescription for my daughter sent over from her doctor's office at 2pm on a weekday. We go to pick it up and they closed early. My wife dropped off a prescription that I need after surgery this morning and I get a text saying that it is delayed. We specifically asked how long it would take because of prior issues and were told less than an hour. Naturally we can't get a pharmacist on the phone either. I would give 0 stars if Google let me!

The vaccination part of the pharmacy is incredibly disorganized. If things are going to take a long time or there are delays, be upfront about it, don't try to hide the fact that someone is going to have to wait 45 minutes or more for a shot. Communication is key and at this place you're lucky if they remember to give you the required forms before asking you to wait again.

I have been delaying so long to give this 1 rating. I wish someone can take some action on this pharmacy for the time they take to process a prescription. not once , twice , thrice its my 10th time that they make the customers wait for hours. just hours. my doc placed the prescription at 5:30 and now its 8:30 and yet the prescription is not ready. From a simple eye drops to a tablet they just take long hours.
