Went to get a haircut yesterday and I was standing at the door. The stylist unlocked the door and 2 people and myself went in. She told me I had to wait because the guy behind me was here longer! Really? We all were there at the same time. Come to find out he is a regular so I feel that it was not fair at all!

Went in for a men's cut and a middle aged woman rudely told me that they don't do men's haircuts, stating that they're cosmetologists, not barbers. That's not what the website says. I highly advise people to go elsewhere.

Only go here for Ashley she's a hair artist the first time I came in I wanted my usual cut. I explained to her what i wanted but I think there was a miscommunication because she did something completely different, which has now become my go to hair style makes me feel confident. I was very pleased with the cut I had from Justina. She’s so professional and she truly understands what customer service is all about. It’s refreshing because I’ve had more than my share of awful customer service and people who clearly don’t care and have no pride in their work. Not to mention, I’ve been to much more expensive salons and received less than stellar treatment with sour attitudes from staff. Justina helped me forget all of them with her sweet manner :) Wish there were more like her!

This place is usually awesome but today's experience was a totally different story. My husband and I went to get our hair cut today. Mine went beautifully and the girl that did mine was incredibly nice. But my poor husband...the girl who did his left scratch marks and razor burn all over his neck. He is in a lot of pain. His neck is on fire. Then to make matters worse he told me the girl would rub her stomach on his arms and back. We will never be going to this place again. I wont be recommending this place anymore. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Just totally unacceptable.
