I have had nothing but positive experience with Premium. I bought my last car from Yuri back in 2016 and, 5 years later, I have not had any major issues with it, just regular, routine maintenance, which I always come back here for as well. Every time someone is telling me they're in the market for a car, I always say to go check out what Yuri has on his lot and talk to him and will continue doing so - there are so few honest, reliable dealers around! As a new driver, a year ago, I was searching the market for a second hand car. Prior, I interacted with a couple of dealerships and salesmen, but Yuri was the only one who didn't talk over me or try to rush my decision. Two days after explaining what I was looking for, he called me saying that he has a car fitting my requests...He even offered to change the oil and inspect the breaks. As a first buyer I was expecting a bit of a hassle, but picking up my Jetta was an easy and stress free process. PS: Still driving it and still loving it :)

Well where do I start let's see. Premium auto sales seemed like a good place to buy a vehicle. I bought 2 vehicles from here. I bought a 2010 volvo and a 2007 Toyota Tundra. Well the tundra has been nothing but problems since day 1. Engine light on along with other lights like a Christmas tree on the dash. Bad water pump that failed while still in warranty , but yet I paid full price to fix it. After fixing water pump I still had a leak and come too find out the radiator was damaged during water pump installation. I still paid for the water pump and the radiator when I shouldn't have. Now let's get into SECONDARY AIR INJECTION SYSTEM FAILURE that this dealership knew about and installed a bypass that never worked. So I payed again for a new valve for this problem and when the owner YURI denied too pay the mechanic I paid him for his labor again. Now the same problem is here again and they refuse too step up and fix it.....I am still offering too pay for it again and nothing. Now let's move on too BRAKES..... FRONT BRAKES ARE JUNK GARBAGE....I was told they were all new so I take it too a shop put the rotors on a machine and rotors are junk never replaced just pads... So when I'm on the highway and I brake the whole truck shakes. So I call them and I been told too go to plan B that they will not take care of it . Once again I'm willing too pay for it when I shouldn't have....I have paid for this truck in full 11,200.00.... And I have paid for every part and labor also and now I am ignored. Yuri is the worst salesman/owner I have ever seen....and the mechanic ALEX IS THE BIGGEST HACKER/BUTCHER I'VE EVER SEEN....DO NOTT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE OR BUY FROM HERE....THEY ARE ALL HACKERS AND BUTCHERS ALL 3 OF THEM....NEXT STEP COPY AND PASTE AND GOING TOO BBB TOO COMPLAIN....TRUCK CAME WITH 2 FOB KEYS NEVER WORKED NO KEYS FOR TAIL GATE....NO KEYS FOR COVER ....I ALSO HAD TOO INSTALL 2 SECONDARY AIR PUMPS AT MY EXPENSE IT GOES ON AND ON AND ON.....I ALSO BOUGHT A 2010 VOLVO FROM HERE AND I WONT EVEN GET INTO THAT ONE BECAUSE THERE ISN'T ENOUGH ROOM ON HERE TOO WRITE....the only reason they getting 1 star is because I can't leave it blank...... scumbags

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! They sold me a a car with a bad a engine, claimed they knew nothing about it but when I took the car home it was already showing signs. He offered to go half on expenses costing over 1700 to pay his mechanic the man who completely missed the signs the black smoke and dry engine. Am a single mother who makes 14 an hour it took me a year to save up $5000 for this snake to sell me a car with problems. Do not buy!! I will be reporting to the BBB AND HIRING An auto fraud Lawyer!! This will not be the last of it. I hope I can help another unknowing family from going through this. No one deserves this.

Yuri and his team are great and go above and beyond to assist you. Just bought a used truck a few weeks ago from Premium and have been treated with complete respect. This is what buying a used vehicle should be like. Had a minor issue and Yuri took care of it right away. Not to mention he is polite and courteous. Had the problem fixed the same day. If your looking for a car that you can depend on with A plus service then buy a car from Yuri at Premium Auto sales. Quality Vehicles and Impeccable service is what you will get.

Trying to purchase a used vehicle today can be very challenging. Who do you go to, who can you trust? I wasn’t in a hurry and was searching for a used truck at a good value. I found that vehicle online at Premium Auto Sales on Strafford Road in Tiverton RI. I made an appointment with Yuri to look at and test drive a truck he had on his lot at his dealership. Not only did I like the truck but it was exactly as advertised... not an ad baited to get you in to look at something that was falsely advertised. I talked with Yuri I found him to be very conscientious, honest, and having good core values. Something very had to find in a person today. I purchased the vehicle and shortly afterwards had a problem. I called Yuri and right away he apologized and told me he would take of it, not to worry and he did. Without hesitation the repairs were made right away… again apologizing for me having a problem. I certainly recommend Premium Auto Sales to anyone looking for a used car or truck.
