This is my second time buying a car, and the first time buying a car alone. You hear stories about women going into buying cars on their own and being taken advantage of, and I’m happy to say that this was not the case. My experience at Balise was nothing short of fantastic. Rob was immensely helpful in answering my questions about my options. He matched me with a 2020 Toyota Corolla that, after driving it around last night and today, turned out to be a great choice. I came in with a certain price point in mind, and while we didn’t hit it for reasons I totally understand, he made sure I had other options available that I would be more comfortable with. The financing options were explained to me in such great length by both him and his manager that it really felt like my concerns were acknowledged, and I know that they did everything they could to ensure that my price point was met. Today I’m left with such a great sense of relief knowing that I now have a car that’s not only reliable but backed by the services Balise offers. I will be forever grateful for the immense respect and understanding I got from everyone there, and there wasn’t any point at all that I felt like I was being pressured. I will most definitely be doing business with them again when the time comes.

Worked with Mike N at Balise Toyota Warwick and had a great experience. Down to earth guy, no pressure. I discussed with him what I was looking for between a Camry and a Tacoma. I tried to Camry and it wasn’t what I was looking for and he quickly adapted and delivered a quality Tacoma which I fell in love with and ended up purchasing. I had an amazing experience at Balise Toyota. I recently was involved in a car accident where my car was totaled. I have been stressed for a few weeks looking to purchase a car perfect for me. I was so fortunate to have Michael Natale as my salesman at the dealership. He went above and beyond to help me find the SUV that met all of my needs and then some! This place is top notch and the staff is great. Kevin (my sales associate) took the time and explained the options, working with me to make sure the initial numbers worked and most importantly loved the car I was interested in. After that Farouk sat down with me to go over the financial numbers, again making sure the numbers stayed within my budget. Miguel helped me out checking the insurance rates and updating my plan so I could drive off the lot, the same day. Can’t recommend this place enough.

The appointment desk lady Danielle was really really rude to us when we called her and spoke about the car we requested. I understand that it may not be her department to deal with the reservation of the cars but instead of being rude she could have transferred us to the sales team to talk further! Only when we requested to be transferred did she do that and the manager was good to speak with. All I want to say is if its not your department, please transfer to the concerned department as being rude is not the solution to calm a customer.

I took my mother in here to look at a car and to trade her car in. We knew that her car had a value of about 18000 and a trade in value of about 17000. We explained to the salesman that at age 72 my mother is relying on social security and can no longer afford the car that she is driving and looking to trade down to a smaller more affordable car and lower payment. Our salesman came back with an offer of $8500 for her car. This would put several $1000 on top of the cost of the car we were looking at and would make her payment identical or more than the one that she was trying to get out of in the 1st place. Other dealerships had offered us 16000 and 16500. We laughed all the way to the door until a sales manager stopped us and said he would look into getting us more money for our car. He came back with $16000 for an offer. Needless to say we passed. I don't know which is worse... That they tried to take advantage of a 72 year old woman or that they just didn't listen to why we were there in the first place. Shame on you. Shame on you. Shame on you.
