Big O Tires

Brought company work truck in for oil change and transmission service. Unfortunately they didn't change the oil but rather filled it.. WITH 2 TIMES THE SAFE AMOUNT OF OIL.. (came in cause management said to). Immediately got attitude and was told "An hour or so". And all they agreed to do is drain the extra.. I'm certain they didn't do the filter either.. Place USED to be good.. will not be coming back... ~Colorado

America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Allison was absolutely amazing. Not only did she make sure I got everything I need but she made sure I was getting the best deal. Then returning for follow up she was quick to help and remember me. She made sure my glass fit properly and were nice and clean before leaving. Surprisingly impressed with such great service just getting contact and glasses. Dr paddock was knowledgeable and was made me comfortable during exam. A++ ~madelyn

Pearle Vision

The service I received from everyone in the office was fantastic! I hadn't had an eye exam in years and had been years since I had picked out glasses. Jessica helped me right away with trying different ones on & picking which ones I wanted. Upon pick up Jessica made sure my glasses & sunglasses felt great and made sure I knew I could come back if I ever needed anything. I will be visiting this office again and recommend it to others. ~Mikaela

AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

I would give 100 negative stars if I could and that wouldn't be enough! I encourage you to look else where. They had my vehicle for about 6 weeks before “replacing “ my transmission. It ran worse when I picked it up. My check engine light came on about 2 minutes into my drive. When I got it home I noticed a dent in my fender and hood. They used a crowbar or something to pry the hood open. I immediately called and left a message about my hood. Later on that evening, I drove it and it kept stalling. . I had to return it. I call a few days later to get an update without success. Around 3:15 pm on Friday I received a text message stating “they are in the process of tearing it apart to figure out what was happening.” Monday comes and I get a call asking if I picked up my vehicle over the weekend, well no I thought it was in the shop being torn down. My vehicle was stolen off the lot. They were “concerned” enough to file a police report. It seemed that the general Manager Todd couldn’t of cared less. I wasn’t allowed to speak to the owner. Luckily the car was recovered Tuesday night trashed and ignition broke. I had no other choice but to tow it back to Aamco with having the transmission warranty. Turns out it's not my transmission they think it’s my fuel pump. I had it moved next door and my computer is not working properly and I needed a new battery. I had my battery replaced in March. This company took my brand new battery out and replaced it with a marina battery. Yes a boat battery. Todd said those batteries are better. What a joke this place is. STAY AWAY!! I was physically ill because the stress this has caused me. I don't want anyone going through this. I am not even confident that they replaced my transmission at this point. ~Larkyn

Grease Monkey

Ever since I got an oil change my car is not able to accelerate correctly. So I took it back on 3/25 to see if they can check if they did anything wrong or they could redo it. Right away the lead crew member tells me oil can't cause that and he already started having an attitude. So they pull it into the bay and literally did nothing but grab a diagnostic reader and the whole crew starts bashing the idea that anything was wrong. The lead guy gets a code off my car which was there before the oil change and starts talking down to me in front of customers. I told him there is no need to be rude. I just don't understand how my car was fine before the oil change. He then starts raising his voice, then realizes the other customers looking at us and says let's go outside where he starts yelling saying I don't know what I'm talking about and I need to go see a mechanic even though I already did. Either way, this place is always rude but now this lead guy has made it where I'll never go to or trust Grease Monkey again. Service: Oil change ~Darren
