If I could rate this store a 0 I would because the poor customer service and the bad attitude of the one older lady in the am I do not know her name but pretty sure she is a manager or assistant manager and she seriously should have that title taken away from her she’s the rudest person I’ve ever encountered before they cannot keep cashiers because every other day their hours change because nobody wants to work for them the store is gross and never cleaned smells like mold and moth balls in there nothing is ever stocked out of product constantly and this is on my main route to work and I use to stop here almost every day but one day I didn’t and went right across the street to the ConocoPhillips next to Applebee’s and I haven’t looked back I promise you the service and treatment is way better over there and it smells amazing in the store so don’t even bother with the circle k conoco is the better decision in my opinion ~Theresa

Transmission went out - within 3 days I was back in my car. Tony did some extra work for me that was noticed during the replacement that I wouldn't have known about but would have cost me a good bit later down the road. Had a small issue with the car, took it back, and it was fixed and running great by the end of the day. As a single woman, I am so relieved to find a place I can trust. Our family has been with them for years and I wouldn't consider any other shop. Service: Transmission ~JP

Phil is a great guy, very honest and he doesn't take advantage of people. He installed some aftermarket parts on my GX470 and charged a very reasonable rate for the job. I will be returning in the future for any work needed. ~Austin

Amazing isn’t enough to describe the excitement I had when I received my vehicle back. Brian, Jordan and Danny were an incredible team. They always kept me in the loop with updates about my car and information regarding my insurance. They worked quickly on my time while performing great work. If I could give them zero stars I would. These guys recently bought the bank that my clients used and my heavens who on God's green earth organizes their statements like this! I'm convinced these guys known nothing about money. If my clients had another bank option for their business they would take it but it's simply not possible. I don't usually like getting iced coffee or drinks because they're pricey and add up fast, but when i do want something I can always count on Scooters to deliver because the service and drinks are always amazing! I went there today after a really hard week to treat myself a little bit and not only is the drink delicious, but the customer service is top notch. I was serviced by a young man named Cane, who was funny, enthusiastic, and kind. He patiently explained some things on the menu for me, made my order a larger size, and then paid for my drink fully. It was an act of kindness I really needed after such a terrible week and it made my entire day brighter. Thank you very much Cane, you're doing an awesome job and I hope all is well! I like coming to this store because they carry ingredients that are hard to find at other stores. They have dry and refrigerated bulk sections at very reasonable prices. There is a very large supplement section. This store does have great prices comparatively. Usually the cashiers are friendly. Last time the cashier seemed to not understand the importance of acknowledging the customer in any way whatsoever. I'll give them another chance though. ~Mile
