I have been using this place for years, but was compelled to write this review because of CODY. I know jack about vehicles and plenty of auto shops know that about many women (or wrongly assume so). I usually let my SO handle most of the auto talk, so I really don't expect to be included in the convos; but CODY made it a point to speak to ME because it was my car being worked on -- and he didn't dumb down anything. I really appreciated that actually, so THANK YOU! Aside from that, I've always had excellent experience here. You can take your own parts, oil, etc which is exactly why we go here. And their new logo remind me of Vault Tec, so... Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

We recently moved to the area and were thrilled to find a local mechanic with such great reviews. However, our experience was not at all what we expected. Moving across the country can take a toll on a vehicle, so we went in for an oil change, alignment and overall check-up. We came out with many "issues" from our "previous mechanic." We saw our previous mechanic for over 7 years and never had any issues with repairs or maintenance. I should have known this was a red flag. We ended up paying for a list of repairs on top of our oil change and alignment, which I'm usually ok with. However, the alignment is hands down the worst I've ever experienced with my car kicking so far to the right it took two hands to keep it straight. When I called to tell them about this, the man who answered the phone tried to blame it on Denver's 3% grade... I brought the car back in to fix the issue, as well as the terrible tire balance that caused my steering wheel to shake uncontrollably. And while they partially fixed the issue, they still charged me to fix a mistake they made. After paying nearly $800 for repairs to my car, my steering wheel still shakes, my brakes make an awful squealing noise, and I ended up taking my car to another shop just to fix the alignment for the time being. Overall the team was friendly, but I'm disappointed that I didn't have a remotely similar experience to others. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change, Brakes, Wheel alignment

This place has always been my go-to car repair!! (Since meeting them in 2018) They will always give you the honest truth and not add on any un-needed work. Besides being honest and to the point, they always give a fair and reasonable price for any work needed! I found them a few years ago and I really wouldn’t want to take my car anywhere else! Unfortunately they are busy from all their demand, so, give them some heads up. It will be well worth the call/effort!

We have been taking our cars here for 4 or 5 years and have had nothing but good experiences. They are honest about what service does or doesn't need to be done and charge reasonable prices (unlike the dealerships that I've gotten my cars serviced at in the past). This time I had to get my heater fixed and the cost ended up being less than the estimate they'd given me because they didn't end up having to do all the work they thought they'd have to do. Very satisfied with this place. Plus they have a nice dog.

We had some major issues with our car and they seem to have done a great job of fixing it. They were transparent about their process and logical about adding and removing hours of labor per what work they were doing. They were also very pragmatic about what repairs were required and what repairs we could wait on. Overall they are a great business and I will be going back to them again. P.s. one of the one star reviews was clearly written by a crazy person or at least someone who doesn't understand cars.

I switched to NA after too many disappointing experiences at the dealership I got my car from. The thing I appreciate about NA is that everyone is respectful and easy to talk to. They have taken me seriously regardless of if it's a serious issue or a really silly question. (After a brake change I was worried about the sound and they took all the time needed to verify that it was a normal sound for the new brakes, and to show me personally) I admit my favorite part is always the puppies though. :D

I was on my way cross country New Years day and my check engine light came on when I had 900 miles left to go. I called all of the local Denver dealerships and none of their service departments were open. I found Northglenn due to their high quality reviews and luckily they answered. Jeff and Gigi were great to work with, somehow managed to fit me in right away, and had multiple issues fixed on my car within a couple of hours. Their shop is tucked in the corner, but don't let the fool you they do a great job. They got me back on the road for a very reasonable price (especially for same day service). Thank you guys! I've been using Northglenn Auto Repair for 3 years and they keep impressing me. Jeff just spent a bunch of time answering a lot of my questions to help me decide whether to repair or sell my car. I mentioned that I started using them because their shop was the first place that they talked to me with respect and without being condescending and he said that that was one of the values he started the business with - treating women with respect and treating us like we're intelligent.
