I was just denied service for wearing a mask that wasn't to their standard. There are currently no standards or regulations as regards to masks. I was clearly wearing a mask but they did not feel that it was what they wanted. The customer service was absolutely horrible. They did offer another masks however I denied as I were currently wearing one.

The Larissa girl was rude, I don't see myself coming back. Other than that the vet and handler was extremely sweet and did a great job explaining any concerns I had.

All of the ladies were very patient and compassionate. I have a very skittish dog that has a really bad case of anxiety, but the ladies there handle him very professionally. A great big thank you to all of you Ruger will see you all next year.

I loved my trainer Sara; however, she no longer works at this business. I have never used the current dog training or so it would be inappropriate for me to make assumptions about here What I can say is I like Petco dog traing program and my dog graduated from the program with her Canine Good Citizen

I took my dog here for his annual rabies vaccine. Not only did I find the vet to be overly opinionated but my dog developed a large hematoma where he was injected and had to rushed to an emergency vet when it burst and was bleeding uncontrollably a week later. He has never had any problem with a vaccination before this. He had to be placed on antibiotics, steriods, pain meds and narrowly escaped needing a drain placed. All of the staff were exhausted by the time it was his turn after doing vaccines all day and I believe that led to carelessness that ultimately injured my dog. I will never take my dog to Vetco again despite receiving good service in the past because it is not worth putting my animals at risk.

We took our dog there to have a microchip inserted. Before we had the procedure done we asked them if there was a fee once we paid for the insertion. We were told there was not however when we tried to get her registered they asked us to pay a $50 fee or else they would not contact us if our pet was found. Feel like we were misled.

There is false advertisement at this store. It said clearly on the sign in the window of the store that they do free exams from 1:30-3:00pm on Sundays and they didn't even look at my pup. They clearly only wanted money from us for the vaccinations when we stated we do not have any money to afford them today. The "vet" didn't touch my pup at all, she hardly looked down at her, she was only "suggesting" we get her shots before even entering their store.

Would’ve been 2 ⭐️ but went up to 3 because of the doctor and 20% off. Kind, gentle and truly cares. However, the system they have is horrendous. One terrible tablet entering one pet at a time. Even more frustrating when people arrive w/ multiple pets. They showed up late and were extremely understaffed. Requested three-year rabies multiple times. We even had paperwork from previous visit. As we head home, we notice our receipt reads one-year rabies instead of three years.
