Welcome to the East Coast. I was with PNC while living on the East Coast for 17 years. There wasn’t much love for the bank, but it was functional. After moving back to Colorado,my wife and I decided to bank with BBVA(formerly Compass), in large part because our home loan was through them, so that just makes everything easier. BbVA was great and I was happy to have left PNC behind back East. But then PNC bought out BBVA and their merging and integration process only highlighted my perceived issues with the bank. For far too long we couldn’t see where our money was or how much we had. We couldn’t log on to our online account, without setting up a new online banking account, which required a Debit card, but those had not been sent. I felt bad for the branch personellste who I sometimes pushed hard for answers on timelines for Debit Cards, Checks and other things, when it was clear they were kept in the dark as much as the customers and were visibly stressed by not being able to help customers the way they were used to. I’m certain that now that the merges complete and the dust has settled in this electronic construction zone, things have normalized and are working smoothly. It is worth noting- PNC is a large national bank that tends to focus on fees to bolster their bottom line, not unlike other national names people may be familiar with.

If I could give them zero stars I would. These guys recently bought the bank that my clients used and my heavens who on God's green earth organizes their statements like this! I'm convinced these guys known nothing about money. If my clients had another bank option for their business they would take it but it's simply not possible. So I beg you to never bank with these guys, everything is a disaster and I honestly would not be surprised if this bank goes bankrupt.

My husband and I share a checking account, I can NOT cash his work checks because he needs to be present. I am closing my account and going to any other bank who really appreciate their customers

I am a customer of this branch and have been for over 15 years. I don't have an issue with the bank personal but the home loan managers have really dropped the ball in my opinion. I requested to refinance my home from wellsfago to this bank since they would always ask if I was interested. I finally considered since the rates were low. I have been approved since February and the closing date seems to continue on moving upward. It's gotten so bad that I am unable to get a call back on status. Can't blame this on covid because they have computers available to them. I wouldn't recommend this branch or this bank to use for a mortgage. Update 11/24/21 Thought I'd update you on the out come. So I was able to refinance my loan after all. Come to find out the loan manager prior was the problem. Apparently he wasn't doing his job and was stalling because he was in the process of leaving to another job. Since then I've worked with Alec and he was a joy to work with. He was informative, professional, and on point with getting things done. From loan app to closing in less than 30 days!

I've had the best experience here Everytime I walk in the door Anthony is awesome as hell and very very helpful Selena is also awesome and always helps me as quickly as she can. Love the workers here and the environment best banking experience ever to be honest even when doors were closed during pandemic they were always more then happy to help will never leave this bank ever.

This is honestly the worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. Whenever you call for help they have customer agents from all over the world who don’t really speak English and don’t understand what you’re saying. They’re always pulling out money out of your account talking about fees and all this other real time it’s horrible and they never really try to help you.

I happened to be in the area ... I was actually going to the Post Office regarding the idea that I had a package was sent to me - and to find out about that.. but the Post Office was rather busy and with limited time - I decided to take care of a couple errands .. to sum it all up. I was extremely satisfied ... strike that — beyond overly satisfied with the level of service that this location provided for me today. I have been with my bank for almost 10 years... I wasn’t really even looking to switch.. but the banking professional who assisted me today made such a kind and positive impression on me- as well as utilized her few minutes with me to educate me about what a great bank Compass is .. and not only treated me like I was a member - but she left me feeling like I want to let others know -not even so much about the bank but just about such a good banking professional. She knows about her bank.. she doesn’t come off in the slightest as scripted and she speaks confidently and leaves you with whatever the right decision is for you. To be honest..it’s not everyday that I first meet someone and i wanna kick myself for not remembering their name. Thank you though .. it was so nice to have met you .. Compass is truly a better place having you there .. I’m just sayin.... Thanks again...

Super friendly people and very helpful, specially the accounting guy JD, was very friendly and approachable. Had a couple things I needed to get done in one go and he was able to take care of the things in my to do list with a professional matter and good sense of humor. Great customer service in my opinion. I wish they were closer to me though.

Went inside to open new business accounts and was completely ignored. One female rep was helping a customer while three male reps wandered around doing what looked like nothing. One was just chatting on his cell phone and had not a care in the world that two customers were waiting. I watched as one customer, who was there before me, got up and walked out. You will not get my business.
