Tested for a bad Alternator Saturday, called around, no one had it. Ordered it from O'Reilly's had it sunday and installed it in there parking lot. The staff was super nice and helpful! If I ever break down again in Denver I'll definitely go here first 😂 ~Joel

Clean. Well organized. Managers handled staff training and still did great job checking-out customers. Early morning visit had a "rush" so a little longer wait time but not bad. Love this store has security personnel up-front and present. Hopefully cuts-down on theft to ultimately keep prices lower. Returned some items later and very easy with tags and receipt!! ~Paula

I have never been let down my shopping there in the customer service is absolutely outstanding. I just wish they had a bigger selection of hats and more shoes like the green ones that looks like Chuck's other than that I think it's all good ~Alex

We had to get a loaner (rental) car while our insurance claim was being sorted out. Not the best situation, since we really had no choice, but I want to compliment the staff here for really being awesome and understanding and displaying such customer service. 10/10 and if/when we need to rent a car again, we will absolutely be back here. I absolutely love this Location. Such a wonderful experience with the Grooming department. I called to get my Cat groomed. They gave me the appointment that same day. Georgie made my Cat feel safe and comfortable with her. ~Lizette

The guys that work here are super chill and helpful, and really know their business. They also are one of the only local sources for on-site flightless fruit fly purchases if you need them in a pinch. I would highly recommend this location and this store to anyone. ~Amy

The store is clean, organized, and shelves are well stocked. They do not have cashier's available which I know that's the direction Walmart took. It is very inconvenient to scan and bag your own items. Because the Conveyor belts do not work. And, the space is small. If you are going to shop for a lot of item it's best to go to a super store. ~Z

The 7- Eleven on melody drive in thornton. Do urself a favor. Don't bother. The so called manager named Chan is the rudest person ever. My son and myself go there quite often. They were supposed to ring up 2 slurpee and one free thru the reward program on his phone. The manager refused to honor the reward program Which is against company policy. The manager who can't ring up anything correct and does not know how to treat customers should be fired. The restrooms are closed bacause they are filthy. The store is filthy.Tried to accuse my son of not paying for the slurpees with rhe recept in his hands. Joke.They obviously don't know a thing about customer satisfaction. Never going there again. I only gave it one star because I had to. ~Connie
