Clean. Well organized. Managers handled staff training and still did great job checking-out customers. Early morning visit had a "rush" so a little longer wait time but not bad. Love this store has security personnel up-front and present. Hopefully cuts-down on theft to ultimately keep prices lower. Returned some items later and very easy with tags and receipt!!

Just take a buddy have them stand in line while you shop. LOL. This store is crazy busy. Looks like they are hiring if anyone is interested. The line went pretty fast as they had 4 cashiers. Great Customer Service although it was quick and sweet once you reached the register. The merchandise was worth the wait.

This store has a great manager and workers. I was there tonight and when I saw the line 4 deep I wanted to put everything back and leave. I then decided to wait awhile and that line kept moving. I think I was out in 10 minutes. Those women are hard workers. Store was well stocked. I will be back!!!’

This Ross is always packed with people and kids running around. More like a playground than clothing store. Additionally, the clothes items are jammed onto the racks and almost impossible to look through. Then you always have to stand in line to pay! The cashier's are usually really nice.

Horrible attitudes and absolutely no customer services skill training. Coming from fortcollins to visit for the day and needing to stop in and grab emergency clothes for my toddler while waiting for food at IHOP I waited in line for 15 minutes as well as a long line of customers and 1 register open while 3 employees hovered but did not assist. Still no one caused a fuss but one manager let her emotions on display and greeted customers with I quote “ stand over there and I’ll call you up when I am ready!!!! “ this guy was returning and item and there was no line for returns. She then skipped him and helped a different customer he explained his frustration with her attitude towards all the customers she egged him on and demonstrated poor customer service skills. Even my cashier was rude and impersonal. Those ladies shouldn’t technically be fired but they all need serious training. I’m sure my peers agree I will not spend money at a place with no or poor customer service.

My African American friend was racially profiled for “looking around the store” to much and was accused of stealing. When authorities confirmed nothing had happened we didn’t even get an apology. Whatever Karen was managing that night you should be ashamed of yourself its 2022 do better

2/20 around 5pm, the pay line was all the way to the back wall. They just opened 3 registers, one for returning, so only two registers working for customers. There are three "Loss" vests people are chatting with crossed arms. and two girls are organizing hangers. Store is dirty and messy. I asked why you cannot open one more register, the girl replied, we are short of people. You need a better manager and the team need cross training. And they need to know customers are always the first priority.

One can always find good deals at Ross. Whether it's shoes, clothing apparel, housewares, toys and even tools you can always find a bargain. Quality is decent, won't break or fall apart a week after usage. This location is open early and closes late. Dressing rooms are kind of a hassle but not worth staying away from. This location has a great variety of items and cashiers are friendly. unfortunately no matter what time of day you shop there is always a line and maze to check out. From the front of the store to the back, waiting 💤😞

I was in line for over 30 minutes. They had only 2lines open. I will travel to go to a different location. This was absolutely insane. There were employees all over the store but only 2 out of the 8 registers open. When asked why instead of being kind and explaining the staff had a huge attitude and rolled their eyes. If they would have just explained to the line that reached all of the way to the back of the store that they were struggling and apologize a lot of people would of left happier. They were incredibly rude and terrible to the people waiting.

I couldn't even find what I came in to get!!! How is anyone supposed to walk around without falling or tripping?? Handicap folks wouldn't even be able to get around... I couldn't even push a cart in this store!!! Worst experience I have ever had in a Ross!! Disgusting!! Rude staff, tried to stop three employees and ask them about the stores cleanliness, and they looked at me like "what?!" and walked off. So I took some pics!! And took my business else where. You need to get corp. In there ASAP!! Serious violations, someone is going to get hurt!! And what if there was an emergency? First responders wouldn't be able to get in there!!! And you need to hire folks that actually care for the company they are working for.
