I have never been let down my shopping there in the customer service is absolutely outstanding. I just wish they had a bigger selection of hats and more shoes like the green ones that looks like Chuck's other than that I think it's all good

Shopped here and they did welcome me upon arriving but other than that they were not very friendly. During checkout the cashier did not greet me. I didn’t want to be rude and assume he was ready so I waited and he rudely said put my purchase down. As a first time shopper, he requested my number and not knowing if I needed to have an account, I hesitated, and he rolled his eyes. While paying for my purchase I was talking to my daughter and the person standing behind him was rolling her eyes as if she was annoyed. Overall, shopping in this store was not pleasant and they need serious work on dealing with customers. The selection is nice though, the stores overall appearance was neat and orderly. Probably won’t return to this location due to bad customer service but would definitely check out another nearby store or order online.

I was here this weekend. The lady and nice gentlemen that helped me with the fragrances, thank you! I'm picky and particular about scents. I know what I like. 🤷♀️ Their suggestions were 👌 I've worn a few so far and get stopped almost everywhere I go asking what I'm wearing.

Don’t go to this rue 21. Online it says store is open till 9pm, I showed up at 7 only to be told they were closed. The little girl who came to the door said that “it was not her issue.” Could have been approached differently, instead was very immature. Don’t go here unless you want some little girl to give you attitude.

This store is awful!!! We walked in, looked a few pairs of male jeans. Saw unfolded clothes everywhere and boxes just hanging out! No one greeted us. And three associates were standing behind the counter looking at the computer screen! We walked right back out. And will NEVER return to this store!!!
