Knowledgeable people and good section. Only drawback is amount of work/steel toe boots (maybe 10-20% of inventory) and FR clothing selection is lacking.

The people that helped me find a pair of boots were really helpful but the cashier was standing around and waited for the manager to go over and told them to help the one girl work.

I was there march 12th, looking for a dress i saw at another location. I went up to this older lady "Jenny" i think was her name or "janet" anyway i approched her and asked her if she could help me look for a white dress that i saw at another bootbarn, she proceeded to tell me she was the only one in that deparment. I said thankyou and I kept waking. She was walking the same direction and she said we have alot of white dresses.. and i asked "can you point me in that direction" she said "they are everywhere" and walked off. I went on i was thinking she might have just had a bad day and i let it go. My boyfriend (Caucasian) overheard her ask another girl if she needed help and proceeded to help her look for a shirt of some sort. Same race as her ofcourse. He came up and told me, and thats why i escalated the situation. Im not the type to put race into anything but this one was clear as day. At the end i went with the managers they where so kind and helpful. BOOTBARN I HOPE YOU TAKE RACISM SERIOUS AND LOOK INTO THIS SITUATION.

After me and the guys that will be in a wedding bought hats boots and shirts. My friend had to make an exchange on a pair of boots for a bigger size. They accused him of lying about the purchase even though he had his receipt. We all got the feeling it had something to do with the color of his skin. Therefore I will never spend a single cent at the thornton boot barn.

Great selection of clothing and boots in all sizes, hat selection (not in-stock levels, strictly speaking variety) was somewhat lacking. Not as many good brands as I'd like to see. Service was good, store was clean and easy to shop.

My wife just started working there today. 🤓 I've been there once a long time ago. everything in there is really nice. But she says it's awesome so go on in and give her a visit.
