If I could give your guys 10 stars I would. I watched over them for my sister and I had my 2 year old daughter with me both days they helped out. First day was a team of 2 girls and 4 guys by the names of Brittany, i unfortunately didn’t catch the other girls name, Steve, John, Robert and Tracy I believe if i caught their names right. Each of them interacted with my daughter and her walking around didn’t bother them as they packed. Day 2 and John & Tracy (i think is his name) did fantastic! My daughter enjoyed being around them and they did such a good job moving the remaining furniture by themselves from a single story to a two story. They deserve some praise after their fast yet efficient work. 10/10 would hire them again!

DO NOT waste money on this moving company! Todd, who did our quote, seemed very professional and knowledgeable when coming to the house to do our quote. The quote seemed high, but we thought it was worth it to get a “reputable” moving company. I thought you get what you pay for. Apparently, that was inaccurate in this case. After the quote, the communication was horrible. I had to initiate ALL communication. No one ever called, texted or emailed me. I waited over a week for responses to my email to confirm the date. Finally got a response, confirming the date. Texted Todd again two weeks out to again confirm, since the communication was nonexistent. He did text back that the date was confirmed and said that I should have heard from his coordinator, Lori. I told him that I never heard from her. No response (from Todd or Lori). A week later, since I still had not heard, I emailed Todd. He again confirmed the date and time, but still nothing from his coordinator. I called her two days out after getting the number from Todd, and confirmed everything (date AND time) over the phone, and paid for the move over the phone. The day of the move arrives. They are supposed to be at our house at 8am. Everything is packed and ready to go. We have our pets confined, and are waiting. No one arrives. Lori finally calls me (first time she ever has) to tell me she scheduled it for the wrong date. For 3 days later. After the quote said the correct date, and multiple texts, emails and phone calls initiated by me all confirmed the correct date. She scheduled it for 3 days later. After multiple extremely unpleasant phone calls, they agreed to try to get a crew out to us by 11am. THREE hours after they were supposed to arrive. We had multiple vendors coordinated for this move, contractors coming to the house, etc. This was a nightmare. I should have gone with the cheap little local company that my sister used the week before. They were cheap, but they managed to show up on time for HER move. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The moving crew themselves were great (although we paid for a crew of 4 and only had 3). They were professional and fast. None of this was their fault – they weren’t scheduled to work by the coordinator, but came in to do the move at the last minute. An item was damaged in transport. No big deal, some of that is to be expected in a move. The crew leader said the office would contact me. They did not. I contacted Lori again and asked her what we needed to do. She sent me a claim form to complete and requested a picture. I sent her the completed claim form and picture that day. No response. The next day, I asked her to confirm receipt and let me know what the next steps would be. She said I needed to send in the claim form. I forwarded her what I had sent her the previous day, and she said “Oh, yeah, my bad, I guess you did send it in.” and that she sent it to a claims adjustor named Mark. Mark then emailed me later that day, sending me a blank claim form and asking me to complete it. I AGAIN sent in the claim form I had submitted the previous day, along with the photo. This is seriously the most disorganized company I can remember ever dealing with. Several weeks later, and no one had contacted me to repair the broken item. Mark sent it to a glass company, they never contacted me. After MANY weeks and emails from me, they finally just sent me a check for the claim.

EXCEPTIONAL moving experience from Fort Worth Texas to Southern California. Excellent service from quote to move-in! Ryan from Buehler Mayflower gave us the best quote when comparing 4 other movers in the DFW area. In addition, Ryan provided us with quotes for storage options at our destination should it be needed. Ryan was available to answer questions as they arose during the pre-move period. Loading crew in Fort Worth was on time and worked diligently throughout the day. Heather from Buehler headquarters coordinated our move keeping us up-to-date on the driver's location and ETA. Unloading crew in Southern California was on time and extremely fast. Nothing broken - no drama! Highly recommend!

Recently completed a company move. I have to say, after moving about 14 times due to military moves, this was by far the best experience we've ever had. The packers were extremely thorough and friendly, so far not one item broken, thank you ladies... and Steve ;). The loaders worked their behinds off and took such good care of our furniture. Shout out to Tom who was our driver, he was professional, and really made me feel that our items were in good hands. The guys who helped off load were a few of the hardest working guys I've met. Punctual, professional and just a great experience. Also, thank you to Ryan, he was very knowledgable and patient with me. Overall, they got it right, great way to do business.

I hired Buehler Transfer & Storage of Texas based off my previous working relationship with Julie Schroeder from a different moving company and years of working together. When I learned that Julie had joined Buehler, she insisted that she would continue to supersede my expectations and needs with regard to using their services. I must admit that not only was she correct, but the entire staff from the packing crew, to the movers, to Lori (the scheduler) and Julie (my coordinator) were all outstanding. The services which were provided to me surpassed my expectations and everyone I worked with throughout my move were all consummate professionals. My furniture and rare pieces all arrived to my new home safely, and in good care. If you're looking for a moving company, look no further than Buehler Transfer & Storage of Texas to service all your moving and storage needs -- you absolutely will not be disappointed.

This company was hired to do my military move. A one day job turned into three days. They sent a 2 person team to unpack and pack a 10x20 full storage unit. On day one, a worker walked away from the job without telling anyone. Just vanished. On day two, they were 'finished' and asked me to sign the inventory paperwork. They hadn't packed everything so I refused and started making phone calls. Needless to say they had to come back to pack the Tv's the next day. On day three, discovered a page and a half of boxes and items that hadn't been inventoried as well as multiple items were broken. The crew was unprepared when they arrived and careless with my property. I would not be surprised to find broken items inside the packed boxes when they arrive at my destination. I hope this company is not uses for anymore military moves. I am spreading the word though my base. DO NOT use this company!!!

This has been a night mere. United Van Lines damaged my furniture, my door ways and the worse is their subcontractor, MSS, that they use to do the washer, dryer, refrigerator unhook and re-install. MSS doesn't hire/send folks that know how to take off or put back handles from the refrigerator without breaking it and worse they don't install the washer with the proper tools to ensure the hose is connected properly, ie tightened with a wrench. Subsequent water leak caused by said leak at the connection point is now being met with a lack of accepting the responsibility for the damage caused. I would never use them again. It has been a year and we're still dealing with the resolution. I guess the news media and legal action will be required next...stay tuned.

We were very happy with the service we received from Buehler when moving our office. They were very patient with our scheduling needs and worked to accommodate us at every turn. They even set up a donation of some of our used furniture to Habitat for Humanity. Two lamps were damaged in the move, but Dave took care of replacing the shades at Buehler's cost. We didn't have to lift a finger.

I wouldnt recommend these guys! There a complete joke. They definitely give Mayflower a bad look. They dont listen what so ever and i shouldnt have to babysit and watch them pack. (This is our second move). Im not even gonna waste my time explaning the cons. Everyone has there own experience and opinions, and my biggest issue was if i want my three 7 foot mirrors wrapped in bubble wrap i dont see that being a problem. Especially when our load/move is over 1k miles to our home. Obviously it was. Stay away from Buehler there horrible!

I would recommend stay away from this company. We used this company for moving services August 2012. First, their price is much higher than our other quotes, but I assumed it means better services, but we were wrong. Other could be bad and this one is bad too. And one of our box which contained expensive kitchenware was missing and several furniture and electronics were damaged. We bought insurance as they recommended, they calculated damage settlement right at rate of your insurance deductible. That means you get paid nothing for all the damages and loss, obvious tricks to get out their responsibilities! Also, they claimed, the missing box was not their responsibility, no evidence showed it's missing during moving. This just makes me sick to my stomach. This kind of company should be shut down, I can not say they are stealing from their customers but they are dishonest.
