Terrible Terrible Terrible! I came in an hour and a half before they closed. When I went in to drop off the woman went off in Spanish to the CHILD who was manning the counter about how she was closed and she had already closed down the machine there was nothing she could do. I speak Spanish and informed her online shows the close at 8pm. She stated that was wrong and proceeded to say the closed at 7. It STILL wasn't 7 it was 630. We had been traveling from Amarillo and chose this location due to closeness as well as closing time listed (8pm). I went back in to ask for her name and a number I could call to complain. She refused to write any information and told me to just LISTEN to the information. I can not fathom how rude this 'employee' (using this term very loosely) was and her unwillingness to accept a DROP OFF! DO NOT USE TJIS LOCATION! I plan on calling U-Haul to inform them of this situation as well.

Very nice and professional .. easiest uhaul drop off place I've ever had!! I had an awful time at alta mere location This place was super friendly!! And they even have a taco bar!! Definitely recommend using smaller businesses before the bigger ones. Thanks for the help!! Kitchen smells great!!! yummy food!! 😋

He tried to charge us dkuble on the uhaul then took 87.25$ out of my account and wont return it ..they are theifs!!!!!!

The guy was really nice, but sure needed another person there! He wasn't schooled in backing up a u haul with the car transport! So that's were I stepped in to give him a hand!! And didn't mind at all helping someone!!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! Would give -5 stars if possible. Returned uhaul clean and exactly same fuel level I picked up at. The people here said it was dirty even though I swept the back out myself, tried to get me to pay to fill it up to half a tank(picked up at 5/16) and then said I would have to pay a $30 additional fine cause it was under 1/2 a tank(contract says if under 1/4).

If you have to rent a truck this is the place. They have 3 to 4 different size of trucks, the also have tow dollies, nice staff, and its wheelchair accessible. And if you need a quick bite they make homemade enchiladas and tacos🤗.
