Terrible Terrible Terrible! I came in an hour and a half before they closed. When I went in to drop off the woman went off in Spanish to the CHILD who was manning the counter about how she was closed and she had already closed down the machine there was nothing she could do. I speak Spanish and informed her online shows the close at 8pm. She stated that was wrong and proceeded to say the closed at 7. It STILL wasn't 7 it was 630. We had been traveling from Amarillo and chose this location due to closeness as well as closing time listed (8pm). I went back in to ask for her name and a number I could call to complain. She refused to write any information and told me to just LISTEN to the information. I can not fathom how rude this 'employee' (using this term very loosely) was and her unwillingness to accept a DROP OFF! DO NOT USE TJIS LOCATION! I plan on calling U-Haul to inform them of this situation as well. ~Victoria
