Wow. I cannot say that I've experienced such extraordinary customer service. I stopped in to buy a gas hose. I brought in my old one to compare the size. Chris spent a good 20 minutes with me searching for the right size, trying different options and when we couldn't get the fittings to lineup quite right, he took my old hose into the back and used some magical tools to dismantle it, to reassemble it on the new hose. I would not have known any of that was even possible. I think I have found my new favorite hardware professional

Such great clothes, the tee shirt that I bought is really heavy and well made. Should last me a while I love the charcoal color.

I will never give them my business again I will go to another Jax. After finding out an item was out of stock my husband asked if it was a possibility to see if it was in stock at another location. That question was followed by an eye roll and a huge sigh from that employee that I heard from at least 20 ft away. I very politely said never mind we will figure it out ourselves and left the store. Luckily we found the item at another location that was very willing to help us.

I came in today looking for something that can help grow and provide good plant nutrients for my fruit trees and they don't seem to have any good replacement option for the Liquid Iron Fertilizer I had purchased before. To think Jax has opened a farm and ranch store just for more products they ought to have fertilizer and many more options for such an occasion.

Need just 2 screws and nuts? How about mirror hangers. Jax is the place to start. They have a whole isle of bins of small parts that you can buy just one instead of a package of 10.

Jax has very interesting product line. I enjoyed their farm animal section. People here are helpful and attentive. There are farm fashion area, and I liked the old fashioned feeling there. Much more fun than Home Depot or Lowe's.
