Angel was extremely rude to me upon arrival, and if I remember correctly, it wasn’t the first time. Fortunately her younger co worker was super nice and patient. This is the only reason I’m not giving this pharmacy 1 star.

This place is short staffed and they try their best. It is hard to focus on customer service in such conditions. I come and get my medication and go home. People love to just complain and do not like to wait.

Can’t fill scripts timely like they said they would. Almost ended up in the ER because I could t get my inhaler last night. Don’t wast your time.!!!!

At Lafayette pharmacy May 25th, 2021 (Rt. 287) I waited for prescription for PAIN by dentist who removed (surgery) a post of an implant that broke. After ONE HOUR of waiting (told 1 1/12 hours) I stated to the one woman that my pain was worse. The lady said something about the many people getting the vaccines would not like to wait either. I said the vaccine people were not in pain and she then was not nice. I said, "You could say you are sorry" and she laughed. There was another man there. Her tone and not being nice makes me afraid to go in for the flu and other vaccines there. I shopped 10 years at Kroger in Georgia and received flu shots there, and they were always very nice to me.

The blonde pharmacist is extremely rude and very judgy and will ream you in front of other customers because she can not figure out time management and make up invalid excuses. Will never use this pharmacy again.

They gave my prescription to another family member (someone I don't even live with) and made this mistake even after I told them to put a note in my profile that says I'm the only person allowed to pick up my medication. Also gave me false information about side effects. The pharmacists/technicians also consistently hang up on me, send me to other departments and place me randomly on hold. Choose a different pharmacy

Customer service is a real struggle here. Many times i pull up to the window and sit for over 15 minutes before even being acknowledged. Call the pharmacy and let them know you are there.

The service at this pharmacy location is awful. Prescriptions take hours if not a day or more to be filled. They never seem to have adequate help so picking up and dropping off often involves standing in line for 10-30+ minutes. While some of the folks are friendly, some are sullen and disengaged. If there were other options, I would take my business elsewhere.

I have found everyone in this pharmacy to be very helpful and courteous. Sure it may take a bit to fill an Rx but other people have requested assistance by phone, on line or in person prior to my arrival. It helps to have a doctor send in a prescription or for me to anticipate when my next refill is due so I don't have to wait in person.

Mixed. Have had two decent experiences with attentive pharmacists. Nice people, but DON'T count on drive through being speedy. 35 minutes!!!!
