My son broke his arm yesterday and is in a splint. Today he fell on it and hurt it and we needed an ice pack. They did not carry any so I asked how much for a handful of ice from the pop machine. She replied and said.i need to pay her a dollar. Of course I paid her the money for my son, but talk about taking advantage of people and a situation. Completely wrong!

New owners are probably the most ignorant people I have seen. They got rid of long term staff and the shelves are empty. Most likely they don't want to pay wages that the long term staff have earned. I recently went into the store and pulled some frozen items that I intended to buy. The orientaloman came over and apologized for the freezers being a mess and pulled everything out of my arms and put it back....??? I looked at her and said that I intended to purchase the stuff she just put back...she apologized again.. I let her know I had been shopping at this store for 10 years and I would no longer shop ther because of the extremely poor service we have been receiving every since her and her husband tool over.... Idiots! I stress that all customer drive one block up the street and get some actual service.
