If I could give zero stars I would. Literally the worst pharmacy. They never have any prescription meds in stock and they always close early. Super overpriced prescriptions as well

Temporarily closed. The sign said it, yet the person who came to the door, didn't ask what help I needed. They simply lead with, "We're temporarily closed." Once they heard my issue of needing my Rx, they pointed me towards another Walgreens, that doesn't have an open pharmacy. Thanks! Not so helpful as now I have wasted fuel to read another sign that says that this pharmacy is NEVER open on Sunday.

Dropped our medical insurance contract after telling us they had three prescriptions ready for pickup. Would've been good to know prior to them trying to fill it, or before driving there, or prior to waiting 15min for them to tell me to go elsewhere.

I was in Walgreens today making a purchase and they wouldn't let me use the bathroom. I even told them I had a note from my doctor advising of a medical condition that requires frequent use of the bathroom and the young lady told me the rule was in place to keep employees and customers safe and then walked away. I have always had a good experience when at Walgreens, but this really shocked me. Walgreens, "At the corner of Happy and Healthy, your neighborhood pharmacy." Not very neighborly today. I had to go to a second employee, ask them to look at the letter, and then let me know if I still can't use the bathroom. I just wanted them to see I was someone in need to the point that I have to carry a note with me to help in some situations. I got a, "this one time we will let you use the bathroom. Seriously! If a store, who's very business touts being helpful and compassionate to those who have medical issues, won't let me use the bathroom either as a paying customer or as a human being with medical issues, why are they open? I was told it was to keep employees and customers safe. If you work at a pharmacy, you should have the knowledge that the rest of the world does about how to wash your hands appropriately, sanitize, and stay a safe distance away. No other place I have went has not allowed the customers to use the bathroom. Safeway, Fred Meyers, Bi-Mart, Winco. It's appalling!

This pharmacy has had the most horrible staff i have ever encountered, especially regarding my health care. They refuse to give my hard copy that has a refill (I was unaware of and is also an hour away!!) on it back so I may do business elsewhere. Somewhere closer and safer... No concern for my safety, making sure I do not run out of a med that I can die from if I run out of... I am furious They mislabeled my bottle claiming my script HAD to filled by the 15th. In a frenzy I drove an hour to have it filled and they, in the rudest way possible told me the would not fill till the 30 day mark which is 7 days away from now. So another long trip. and since my finances have been close to nothing, I pay cash... I filled a few days late on my last script because I had a few extra. Now I am two days behind. I will never do business with Walgreen's ever again... If I make it out alive. If not expect a wrongful death charge. Disrespectful, blatant liars.. I have never had issues like this before.

I have gone here for years and not one time have I EVER experienced a single rude employee, they go out of their way to greet you as you come in,and when they see you throughout the store! The Pharmacy is exceptional, with fast caring personal attention. I love MY Walgreens! Thank You!
