0 Star. Had a horrible experience with my 3 kids. There was a rude old lady who works there, must be having a bad day or something. Everything we did she literally stared at us and would leave a rude remark. We left empty handed. No wonder they still have their help sign up.

Good general store for hygiene, cosmetic, first aid, dental, snacks, wine, beer, & alcohol supplies type of store. I noticed they have a pharmacy too.

Incredibly rude pharmacist. Had a problem with Medicare prescription coverage, and instead of being helpful, the pharmacist told me to go somewhere else.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy in all of Vancouver. I put a refill order in for a medication that I needed to have before Sunday (day after Christmas) and it took over 5 days. I was promised by a pharmacist here than on Sunday they would definitely have my medication ready. Well here I am, wrong hours online saying they are open until 5 to find they are closed at 3, and the prescription was not filled as stated. I now have to drive all the way to Fishers Landing to get my medication I am now completely out of. Disappointing as most people cannot take a chance on missing even a day of their medication.

This lady (I wish I would’ve gotten her name ) decided it would be ok to come through a door while the lady administering the vaccine was at my daughters arm ready to give the vaccine, waving her arms around beat red at that face to tell us we had to take our daughter to the pediatrician to get her vaccine. All because she was crying. She’s 7 years old and getting a huge needle stuck in her arm, what do you expect her to do? Not only did she do that, she also scared my kids more with the way she came in like that. This is completely unacceptable and I will be taking this further.

The phone recording tree is frustrating...just to get ahold of someone. I get that they are trying to filter calls and reduce call load, but to actually get to a place to ring thru to someone regarding a question that isnt part of the menu? Aggravating. I ended up getting a cashier that didnt know anything and was having to talk to me while ringing up someone. She was clearly distracted and unable to help. Once again, i get staffing and keeping payroll down. But these strategies aren't helping your ratings. Very disappointing.

I got stuck in the drive though. They were doing a covid test. No notification to any drive though customers that it's going to be a long awhile. I went inside to talk it over. I asked them what are their plans not to waste my time in the drive through. They said they had no plans to change their procedures, inform customers in the drive through of the extreme delay of picking up prescription. They are forcing me to go somewhere else. They didn't care. So,. Bye bye Walgreens. GFY!
