I made an appointment for a Covid vaccine booster and annual influenza vaccination. Apparently their website allowed them to be double booked somehow or way overbooked so they were getting hammered the day I showed up for my appointment. The pharmacy staff couldn’t have been nicer and handled everybody quickly and courteously, even though they were getting slammed… The pharmacist that I dealt with was great, I didn’t get his name, but he was very calm and seemingly unflappable even in the face of The crash of humanity with everyone trying to get vaccinated. The cashier I dealt with when I checked out with some purchases I also made at the same time couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful… I definitely would go back to this Walgreens location again.

Nice staff but had a 12:45 appointment and sat there 45 minutes after checking in. Not much point in making appt online.

Switched to Fred Meyer across the street. Prefer to pick up my prescriptions without a dose of lousy attitude from the pharmacists every visit for no reason.

I came in today (5 days post-tonsillectomy). The prescription for my pain meds was called in incorrectly. It was frustrating, I was in pain and I struggled to talk. The pharmacist and pharmacy staff were so helpful. We didn’t get everything fixed but they did get me taken care of for the day and gave instructions on what to do tomorrow to get everything resolved. I truly appreciate their patience and how helpful they were. Definitely went above and beyond to help me, thank you!

I realize mistakes happen, but they tried to put it over on the dr. office after my prescription got hung up. It turns out the dr. office did everything right. Take responsibility for your mistake and move on instead of lying about it.

LIES! ALL LIES! NOT 24 HOURS- THE SIGN, LEFT PRINTED. ON DOOR, READS: "CLOSED 10PM - 8AM". YET THE SIGN THAT HAS HOURS POSTED AS WELL AS THE ROBOT LADY WHO ANSWERS THE PHONES STATES: HOURS ARE 24 HOURS " FOR BUSINESS 24HOURS - FOR PHARMACY 24HOURS". DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND GAS. UNPROFESSIONAL OF AN ESTABLISHED, NEIGHBORHOOD COMPANY, TO NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE THEIR STORE HOURS REFLECT VIA SIGN AND AUTOMATED TELLER, WHAT'S POSTED ON THEIR DOOR! SEEMS OUTTA THE TIMES AND SORTS- IN OTHER WORDS GHETTO. WASTE OF GAS AS WELL AS TIME!

Ive been going to this store for almost 4 years now and I truly think this store is awesome with some of the best customer service around Vancouver. Its sad to see so many bad reviews lately and I totally disagree with a majority of the ones I’ve read below. Everyone is always so friendly and nice here including the photo center associates, the pharmacy staff, as well as the employees who are restocking shelves. I am ALWAYS greeted by the front cashier even if I am just pulling money out of the ATM up front. The photo center gentleman (he may be the store manager too I’m not quite sure) is always so kind and I’ve had great experience and service from literally everyone here. I think they all deserve a raise for making it through COVID 19 with such loyalty and positive attitudes! Im from a small town and since I’ve moved up north I am constantly complaining to friends and family about how “cold” people are in the vancouver area and how I hardly ever get a “hi” or wave back. Remember “if you cant change your situation change your perspective”. Humans are imperfect, give them a little grace and uplift them. Sometimes the encouragers need encouragement. Thanks team Walgreens, ya’ll are awesome and I commend you on exercising the 1st amendment! God bless!

I’ve been in this store many times without any issues tell this evening. I came for a quick stop to purchase deodorant. I found a deodorant that I thought I would like and as most people do I took the non sealed top off to give it a quick smell to make sure I wouldn’t smell like a teenage boy with axe in the locker room. The manager he called himself “shift supervisor” began to yell at me say ‘you know we are in a pandemic’. Confused I asked him what he was talking about. WITH A MASK AROUND HIS CHIN he continued to aggressively yell telling me that I could not smell the deodorant and before I could even reply he tells me to leave the store. Just to state I’m a kind person I understand working retail I’ve been there and you deal with shi** people but their was no reason to treat me the way he did. If he kindly said hey you can’t do that I wouldn’t question him as weird as it is and just purchased it. If a manger happens to read this, James your shift leader should be in the back of the store and not dealing with customers. I’ve never been treated the way he did. To yell at a customer over something so petty all while himself not even wearing a mask??! It’s ridiculous. Please tell your next customer to not open the lid of a candle and they can’t smell it because we are in a pandemic. I highly doubt anything will be said about this so I will no longer regularly come in as I did. I’ve honestly never felt more disrespected in a store as I did today. Very petty

Very unprofessional staff at the pharmacy. Pharmacy reps complain out loud about having to work, and were extremely rude and unhelpful. Don't bother scheduling an appointment for anything; it could take up to half an hour past whatever time you schedule for them to actually acknowledge you in any way. The man who administered the vaccine was actually quite kind and helpful, but the ones at the register are abysmal. Other reviews seem to show they need to make some changes here...one would hope, at least. They've already lost business from me, thanks to their awful customer service.

Very rude cashier (The blonde one). I was waiting in line and she told me “common” when it was my turn after just a second in a condescending tone like she was in rush. If you don’t know how to talk to customers stay home or find a non customer facing job! I expect a better customer service when pay a premium price at Walgreens!
