As far as Ross dress for less stores go, this is definitely one of the lower tiered stores. There's always messes inside, everything is very disorganized, and the stock is very low. Most of the times the shelves are mainly empty. This area should be a great area for shopping, but the lack of inventory and general mess just really turns me off of going here versus the one on 82nd Street or near the airport.

I don't shop at Ross. Just went in with the wife. Didn't like it. It looked a little tattered. Their products are way overpriced. Marked up to be marked down. I know. I've been in retail.

This store is usually picked up and organized however often times you will find sizes in all different areas. Employees seem knowledgeable and friendly. Fast forward a year and the store is pretty ran down and Ross just isn't what it used to be

Found 1 thing I liked. It was pant hangers. No cute plus size clothes. Or swim covers. The store was very messed up. I had to move shoes off the floor so I wouldn't trip! I walk with a cane.

This Ross always has good selection, but is also always understaffed. I frequently wait in line for a LONG time before checkout. The staff themselves are friendly though!

This Ross had everything I needed plus more. The furniture was unique, and all seemed to be well built. The dog and cat toys were plentiful. Also, there were a lot of pillows, frames, and bathroom materials. Although it was stocking day and it was a bit crowded, I still got everything I wanted to buy and had to say no to a few things due to a constrained budget.

Pretty decent sized. Relatively organized, staff doesn't suck. Prices aren't that extraordinarily great though....meh....

Rude manager! I don't wear masks but as soon as I was told to wear one I complied. When I came to cashier register I saw a front door guy complaining and looking and me, so the manager pointed at me and said "this one?" Then yelled "make sure everyone sees that front door sign!" I came up to her and told her that you don't point fingers at people and call them "this one." Which she denied everything that happened. I'm sick of being discriminated for my beliefs especially when I complied! You don't point fingers at people and call them "this one".

Sometimes shopping at this Ross store can be problematic. The line to checkout wasn't very long this time but they only had one cashier. After about 15 minutes in line and about 8 people behind me they call for assistance. Also, I personally do not like the new store layout. Put the shoes back in the front, please. Other than that trying on clothing is still easy and the lady is very nice.
