Knowledgeable staff when it comes to ammunition and questions about firearms! Prices are great, people just forget Big 5 has guns and ammunition. Go there for no hassles or waiting in long lines!

They are always eager to help you and are very friendly. They just didn't have what I wanted in my side... Of course I was looking at the sale and clearance items.

We went to the store just before noon on a Sunday and was told they were going to be closing early in 10 minutes because of short staff. There were two managers there and one older woman and she said she could not cover the floor by herself. So the two managers couldn’t work on the floor to help her? What are they therefore? I guess being a manager means you don’t have to do any actual work. And the sad thing is these two very young managers were probably half her age added together. We were going to spend about $500 in the store that day not to mention all the people they turned away at the door it must’ve been about 30 people in total that we saw turned away. What a joke the store as I’m never going back

Good store if they could only keep a normal schedule. Says they are open until 8pm on line, sign in door says until 7pm, they closed at 5pm today due to staffing. Come on America, get back to work.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful! Before I even made it to the shoes at the back of the store, I was greeted twice and asked if I needed help! They were able to point me exactly where I needed to go and checked up regularly. Not to mention the prices, I got two pairs of non slip shoes for less than the price it’d typically cost for one! Skyanna was so sweet, I’m so grateful she helped me with exactly what I needed ❤️

I'm going to have to say that my overall experience here were very good. I found a nice pair of Skechers running shoes for a good price. The rest of the prices on the shoes look average price it's a nice gentleman that work there was very helpful and help me find the shoes that I wanted overall good experience good job guys.

Although I was pleasantly surprised by the brands and stick, I was disapointed by the lack of service as the staff as busy talking with each other. Once they did help they were nice.
