We were looking for dog food to help with our dogs scratching. This year has been so bad and one of them is actually pulling hair out. We were pleased to find several brands of dog food with no grain. We are still having problems but at least we found what we were looking for.

The Manager Amber is extremely unprofessional. The way my husband and I were treated by her was alarming. We spend thousands of dollars a month at Coastal farms and because of Amber We will NEVER shop at the Salem store again. I'd rather drive out of my way to another store than have to deal with her behavior ever again. And as business owners word of mouth is huge. Someone should really check this woman's training and send her back for better customer relation skills

Pathetic attention to customer follow up...called twice because put on hold...no one of course answers for the simple question of 'do you have an item in stock that is on the front page of the fall kick off sale flyer I got in mail!? Told to call back if no one answered and ask for manger...I did..and after 6 min total wait on both calls...gave up.

We have always used Coastal for all our farm and other needs; but now we have one more local...and we could not be more happy. It has all the great products of the others, and the staff is outstanding and service-oriented. We recently had tons of pellets delivered by Marco, who was very friendly, professional and amenable to requests. Valentine, the shop manager is equally professional and friendly. What a great team as part of a great store!

It's a great place to shop and I have spent a lot of money there, but there was one time they told me I had to wear a mask or don't enter and I was not ok with that at all it should be at your own risk outer than that it's great.

This is a really nice place, coastal supply is a great store and I notice that coastal supply store is nice there shelves are all stocked and very clean establishment. You walk into sportsman's warehouse I'm not sure if they know it or not you walk inside and it looks like their going out of business, shelves are kind of bare looking I would give sportsman's warehouse 3.1 stars.

This place almost always has what I need. They just don't seem to get enough reload supplies in . I know it's not fair to complain because other stores are out also. But they always have a good deal on the chicken feed I need.

Very clean and organized. I have mobility issues and they have the electric carts at the entrance of the store fully charged. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Coastal Farms has all sorts of things, plants, snacks, clothes, handbags, gloves, hats and lots of stuff for your pets!!.

Coastal farms has so much to offer from pet necessities to clothing from camping gear to tools you name it they have it. Staff is kind and helpful more times than not. Cleanliness is wonderful.
