This place have a good selection of beer and IPA, however, always check the “best by:” date. Frequently it is outdated. Also you can find a good wine there. A lot of different snacks and other stuff that you need everyday. There’s no other markets within a 5 minute walk. So this one is absolutely ok ;)

They wanted $6.80 for a sandwich and a small candy bar. Way too expensive.

Super convenient. Employees are nice and the prices are right considering their location.

Whoever this Liam dude is that wanted to review this place is a racist POS. They don’t even sell gas, genius. Nothing wrong with this place or its prices. Helped me out in a pinch no problem. And it definitely “belongs” in the area.

+1 on Liam being super racist. I've been shopping here for years and they always offer prompt friendly service. Also, they have the best Funyuns.

I thought I was in a seedy gas station. The scrawny thug manning the register was sitting on a stool, off to the side, on his cell phone and had to finish what he was looking at before he would even acknowledge someone was at the counter. I looked around expecting to see some kind of grab-n-go sandwich, meal or salad and quickly realized this was not the place. QuikTrip would have been a healthier choice. Once again, management chooses to cater to the EBT card-carrying customer, rather than the customer base of the surrounding neighborhood. Shameful that a hoodrat joint like this poisons would could be a fun, short walk of establishments between Piedmont and Myrtle. I ended up at Jason's Deli across the street to get something besides a Fanta soda and Funyuns.

Very convenient if you live in the neighborhood and need something quick (soda, toilet paper, bottle of wine, etc.). It's nice to have close to the park for when you're in need of a quick snack or cold drink. I wouldn't say this food mart is any better than the rest, but it serves its role - as a local spot where neighbors can pick something up quickly.
