If there were negative stars this location deserves it… Been here 4 times after booking Covid test appointment. Waited for 45 mins in the car although there was no one in line ahead of me, no it was not their lunch break….!!! It’s a COVID self test, so don’t expect someone to do a quick swab at your car, what has taken 2-5 mins in most other clinics, many free clinics can take you atleast 1 hour here. It’s one of the most pathetic customer services, so never go here!

This is a great CVS, they are convenient, we'll laid out and carry alot of holiday items. They do a great job at medicine prescriptions too.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. I kid you not, every time I went to pick up my prescriptions (when they are “Ready”, it takes at least 30 minutes to get through the line. I had to call my doctor to get everything switched over to another location because they are so slow. It is highly inconvenient for those that are busy and have no other option but to wait to get medicine filled. Avoid at all costs.

The customer service you receive from the pharmacy is beyond unacceptable. They need to be shut down! Sarah who works in the pharmacy is beyond rude and hung up in my face twice after calling to get a price for a prescription. She had very high disregards for my needs as a customer and terribly rude as I TRIED to state my concerns. I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! EVER! WALGREENS, WALMART, KROGER, ETC ALL HAVE PHARMACIES. I REFUSE to spend money with any company who allows they’re employees to continually be rude and condescending to customers in ANY situation. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY! NO CUSTOMERS = NO BUSINESS!

Ridiculously rude customer service! Male cashier almost ran me over and then scolded me for being in “his walkway”! Bathroom is the most disgusting I have ever seen, obviously hasn’t been cleaned in weeks with used toilet paper and sanitary pads on the floor, toilet paper in the sink with what appeared to be a vomit ring.

The white male pharmacist with reddish hair was rude and did not care about anyone’s time. I booked an appt for a flu vaccine at 4pm. What’s the point of booking an appointment time if they’re not going to honor it?! I told them I had somewhere to be. After waiting around I just left. The Indian guy helping customers at the pharmacy counter was very courteous, efficient & above all else *professional. He’s the reason they got two stars instead of one. The white pharmacist guy is why they got one star.

The service at this pharmacy is so ridiculous it's truly beyond words. The service is ALWAYS SUPER SLOW and they never apologize for the long wait. They don't even both to greet you, they just look at you like, what do you want. Customer service is a lost art now days.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst pharmacy I have been to in my life. It takes at least 15 min for them to fill each prescription. They are always understaffed. They fill prescriptions that we don’t even need and can’t keep track of them. The only reason we have continued to go to them is because our insurance makes us go to cvs. We will find another way though. Never going back again.

The pharmacy staff is so over worked, I feel so badly for them. Additionally, this store is disgusting. I’ve been to nicer/cleaner pharmacies in 3rd world countries. DON’T USE THIS CVS.
