made an appointment for a covid test. got a confirmation text. got a cancellation text. got another confirmation text, so i thought it was okay to go ahead and go on my lunch break. i get there, the pharmacist tells me she sees no appointment for me. i show her the text confirmation, she says she is busy doing other things and bc the appointment was canceled in their system she can’t test me. i ask her to make an exception since i drove 20 mins on my lunch break and received a confirmation text. she didn’t care and said she could not take me. huge inconvenience.

It's is completely unacceptable to go on lunch break while customers are still in line, and have been in line for 20+ minutes before closing for lunch. That's not how business works and it is a real shame that CVS believes that is how customers are to be treated.

Gave me the wrong test! Waited 3 hours ! Incompetent! Argued with me when I told her the test I needed and said they didn’t provide the antigen CV test. Ran the wrong one and then apologized saying “ they didn’t tell me they changed it”on the website” omg ! Who the hell is “ they “ ? Avails if possible

I just waited 45 mins in drive though to pick up a medicine. Then had to leave due to another comment. There were only 2 cars in front of me. Very frustrating.

Took nearly an hour to get a covid test. I was 20 minutes early for an appointment at 12:30 and didn’t reach the front of the line til 1. Beware of scheduling this location.

Monday October 5th 2:30 pm appointment for Drive Thru COVID-19 testing was a very negative experience. The female employee at the window was rude and unprofessional. Her tone when giving directions was condescending to the customer before me. She then continued this same negative behavior to me. CVS needs to replace this rude female with a more competent customer friendly employee.

I may be bias. I have been in hundreds of pharmacy’s. Mostly CvsHealth ones. I’ve never encountered less then the nicest and Most attentive staff at this location. I usually enter with the knowledge of what I want. I can’t go more the a minute without asking to be helped. All by real nice people that care about my experience in their store.

The pharmacy staff is an A plus team. I’ve never had an issue with them. Always polite and ready to serve even when they have a lot going on. I called today because I had lost my prescription and one of the pharmacist Spencer delightfully assisted me and even took the time to find me discounts. I truly appreciate this entire staff. UPDATE: I will continue to update on this amazing team because the negative reviews is not what this team deserves. I will only come to this pharmacy because of the service. Whenever I have an issue I know I can count on this team. And they truly make me feel special by always remembering my name.

I really don't comprehend why this pharmacy is having such basic customer satisfaction issues 1) prescriptions not being filled correctly causing a wait of over an hour. 2) correspondence to customer in timely manner if at all. 3) prescription filling on time or even in same day as promises 4) hangup on pharmacy store line 5) 20+ minute hold time on calls Staff is friendly is the only positive. These customer service issues need correction.

CVS in my opinion has a stellar reputation and I have had some great experiences with CVS until I moved here and started dealing with the CVS on Powers Ferry I've had nothing but problems over the past year with the wrong prescriptions being filled and the wrong dosages. Not to mention prescriptions you have on file miraculously dissapper. I call them to try and get them fixed only to call the next day and nothing has been done. They do not seem helpful but sound annoyed. Nothing is ready when they tell u a time despite the text when ready alert. Their communication as well as phone etiquette needs a lot of work As far as the CVS is concerned, the store is great. It's the pharmacy that needs an overhaul.
