The pharmacist Sophie is Deplorably RUDE! I sat waiting for my vaccine as she talked so rude and short to the customer ahead of me. I’m a NP and I know what a IM injection is. She gave the shot so fast that I don’t know how the medicine was injected. She was impatient and very condescending. I’ve never witnessed such a nasty attitude from a pharmacist before in my life. She should NOT be giving vaccinations at all. She should not be working in the Public. It is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE that she is working with such a horrible attitude. CVS Pharmacy is very aware of this because the reviews mention her name and behavior countless times. It is obvious this is accepted. I will not go back as long as she is there. ~Topaz

If there were negative stars this location deserves it… Been here 4 times after booking Covid test appointment. Waited for 45 mins in the car although there was no one in line ahead of me, no it was not their lunch break….!!! It’s a COVID self test, so don’t expect someone to do a quick swab at your car, what has taken 2-5 mins in most other clinics, many free clinics can take you atleast 1 hour here. It’s one of the most pathetic customer services, so never go here! ~PriyaSudhirCA

CVS

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been using this Pharmacy at Moreland Avenue for close to five years. The quality of service has declined over that time. Last Saturday after 4 pm, I stopped by CVS to pick up my prescription. It was scheduled to be ready by 1 pm. I was on my way out of town and thought this would be a quick transaction. I gave the pharmacy assistant my credit card and waited, waited, waited. Keep in mind I could not see where she went with my card. I pushed the call button several times to inquire about my prescription...no answer. I could see a pharmacist through the window. I got out of my car and gently knocked on the glass. The pharmacist said one minute. I got back in my car and waited, waited, waited. Finally the girl comes to the window. Without saying a word, she sends my prescription and credit card back to me and walks away. Really??? No eye contact, no apology, or thank you for shopping at CVS. She just walked away. I know this pharmacy services the community and it is really needed but this type of "I don't care" customer service attitude must stop! I called today to file a complaint and was on hold for over 15 minutes before hanging up. The fact that this location has only a 2.4 star google review says a lot about the level of service they are providing to their customers. We deserve better in our neighborhood. I will definitely be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy. ~F.

made an appointment for a covid test. got a confirmation text. got a cancellation text. got another confirmation text, so i thought it was okay to go ahead and go on my lunch break. i get there, the pharmacist tells me she sees no appointment for me. i show her the text confirmation, she says she is busy doing other things and bc the appointment was canceled in their system she can’t test me. i ask her to make an exception since i drove 20 mins on my lunch break and received a confirmation text. she didn’t care and said she could not take me. huge inconvenience. ~XoXo

CVS

The staff in the pharmacy is very rude and nasty when you call. Before I could explain what my issue was she interrupted me and placed me on hold with no warning. When she returned to the line she dismissed my concern and said that I needed to call my doctor with no explanation. Individuals with this type of attitude should not be in this field of work. ~Angel

CVS

First time here. Located in Buckhead. This place is HUGE!!! They have sections of items and clear signage, not just barely stocked aisles like in Decatur. The staff was friendly, helpful and it was very bright and clean. They do have a self checkout for faster service. Check out my pics and video for more info. ~MC

Walgreens

I came to Walgreens at midnight looking for baby fever medicine and a thermometer and a very helpful night manager named Jessica was gracious enough to help me look for something that I had trouble finding and went above and beyond to make sure that I had exactly what I needed. She was very sweet, very professional, and made my visit a breeze. Thank you Jessica. :) ~sotacoresabreenav
