35 minute wait for a covid test after I pulled up to the window for the appointment. Pharmacy staff could not care less to be polite, explain the covid test, or even provide wipes for the receptacle.

I go in quite often and quality was good until recently, mid 2022. Staff is rude and/or ignores customers and not as clean as it was. Get off you phone and help me!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been using this Pharmacy at Moreland Avenue for close to five years. The quality of service has declined over that time. Last Saturday after 4 pm, I stopped by CVS to pick up my prescription. It was scheduled to be ready by 1 pm. I was on my way out of town and thought this would be a quick transaction. I gave the pharmacy assistant my credit card and waited, waited, waited. Keep in mind I could not see where she went with my card. I pushed the call button several times to inquire about my prescription...no answer. I could see a pharmacist through the window. I got out of my car and gently knocked on the glass. The pharmacist said one minute. I got back in my car and waited, waited, waited. Finally the girl comes to the window. Without saying a word, she sends my prescription and credit card back to me and walks away. Really??? No eye contact, no apology, or thank you for shopping at CVS. She just walked away. I know this pharmacy services the community and it is really needed but this type of "I don't care" customer service attitude must stop! I called today to file a complaint and was on hold for over 15 minutes before hanging up. The fact that this location has only a 2.4 star google review says a lot about the level of service they are providing to their customers. We deserve better in our neighborhood. I will definitely be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

The ladies in the pharmacy are always prompt and courteous. I've never had an issue with my medications being wrong.

I don't even give these people 1 star the pharmacy closed before time my kids needed there medicine and they suppose to close at 8pm they closes everything down at 7:50 they are very ill and in need of there medicine then when I walked in and ask why they close early the lady in the pharmacy was very rude and said they closed at 8 when really they closed at 7:50 that is what time I was trying to pick up the medicine in the drive thru they are very rude I'm so upset I want have a way to pick up my kids medicine tomorrow

Carrie and Tania have the worst attitudes at this pharmacy. I can’t count how many times I’ve come through the drive thru & had to park my car to come in bc something wasn’t correct. When you have multiple prescriptions, be prepared to go to pharmacy school so you can recite the exact name of your prescriptions or else they will act like they don’t know what to fill. It’s just crazy to me how people who clearly hate their jobs choose to be in a customer facing roles. Super annoying & it looks like I’ll be switching to somewhere more pleasant.

The entrance to the store was horrible. Trash was all over the parking lot. The front store was low or out of stock on just about everything. I was surprised to know that this store actually had a manger. This was one of the worst Cvs stores I ever encountered.

Terrible pharmacy. My boyfriend was in a lot of pain and went to pick up his prescription here. I don't think they even know what compassion is. He was met with nothing but rudeness from the woman there.
