Pharmacist Kim Rivers. Terrible service. Being busy is not an excuse for not doing your job and hanging up on a customer. Would give less than 1 start if it was on option...discovered a mistake that THEY made with my prescription refills and tried to call them to get it corrected so I'm not missing a month of medication before my next doctor appt. Waited on hold for forever and then went through an easy description of where the mistake was likely made. Was told that they didn't have time to explain it to me and I'd have to come back in in person so I could see what they meant. Oh, I understand fine...you all made a mistake and won't take the time to fix it.

The pharmacist Sophie doesn't need to work with public she's rude she lied about using a coupon so I showed her coupon price on phone she just glares at me now every time I go there she glares at me the other pharmacist who was manager amy is adorable she's always smiling had good bedside manner never treats customers bad she's a jewel I hope she's still manager CVS has better meds than Publix IMHO so I go there except for important meds hope they replace Sophie hope Amy never leaves n

The pharmacist Sophie is one of the rudest, cold individuals I've ever met. She looks dead inside and her disdain for speaking to patients demoralizes the entire pharmacy. I went today with an issue. She didn't just "not" do what the other pharmacists do to help, she actively laughed at my issue and then just ignored (literally turned her head while I was talking to her) and made the poor tech do her job. Then she went mute and hid behind a computer. Sophie should consider using her talents in a place less customer-service facing. Maybe a morgue technician or someone who teaches people to count pills. Nonetheless, today was awful. Sophie made it 10X worse.

With the exception of one lady who has worked in the store for many years, the staff, especially the pharmacy staff have no customer service skills. Long lines, rude comments from staff are the norm. It’s obvious with all the negative reviews this store and others in the city get that this a corporate problem from the top down. CVS ignores all of their reviews and nothing ever changes. They need a huge corporate shake up. The only reason I shop there is that I have to-the company I work for has an exclusive contract for their pharmacy.

I’m giving the pharmacy 2 stars because I’ve had phenomenal experiences with one of the pharmacists here. She’s a blonde woman and whenever she’s working, the pharmacy operates like a well oiled machine. That said, I’ve been sitting here for over an hour waiting on the current pharmacist (I think I heard the one tech say her name is Sophie) to fill my prescription while she assists one of the techs with staff scheduling. Shouldn’t the customers come first? While this is happening, two of the other techs were literally getting into argument over who would attend to the customers that arrived in the meantime. What a joke. Update: it’s been 15 minutes since I posted this and the pharmacist is now checking her email. Second update: 15 minutes later and the pharmacist is now watching videos on one of the tech’s phones.

As an ICU RN of 30 yrs i can understand when you're busy ...since my new job forced me to move to caremark and to cvs from walgreens i literally have never experienced SO many mistakes..literally everytime i come through there is an issue because someone isn't paying attention....just ridiculous mistakes. I dont know if its just this pharmacy but i despise coming here...i have to come in and instruct these ppl on the correct way to fill a perscription with my insurance....it is exhausting ..this is frightening because they are in charge of dispensing patients medications.... who do not have the knowledge i do. This store needs to be investigated

The pharmacist Sophie is Deplorably RUDE! I sat waiting for my vaccine as she talked so rude and short to the customer ahead of me. I’m a NP and I know what a IM injection is. She gave the shot so fast that I don’t know how the medicine was injected. She was impatient and very condescending. I’ve never witnessed such a nasty attitude from a pharmacist before in my life. She should NOT be giving vaccinations at all. She should not be working in the Public. It is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE that she is working with such a horrible attitude. CVS Pharmacy is very aware of this because the reviews mention her name and behavior countless times. It is obvious this is accepted. I will not go back as long as she is there.

Pharmacy employee wasn't wearing a mask - during a city-wide mask mandate, while Omicron is at an all time high. The pharmacist was very rude, took my phone to see if my insurance was up to date, then started filling other customers' prescriptions, leaving me standing there for another 10 minutes, confused about what was happening. Do yourself a favor and get your prescriptions filled at the Publix across the street.

Customer service is horrible! The female pharmacist Sophie Tan was so rude. I had some concerns about the booster as I am pregnant, the pharmacist Sophie told me to go somewhere else then if I had concerns. I was only asking some questions that she completely ignored. Also was told several times my medicine was ready to only arrive and find that it is not in stock. Please corporate listen to your customers! This area is growing and we need a reliable pharmacy. CVS on bolton is not it.

The pharmacist that was on duty today was rude. I brought my husband to get his second dose and she was very rude and short. She told him that he didn't have an appointment but he did although we were informed by the pharmacist at a different location that the system was having problems. Not only was she rude to him but she was very rude to the young lady standing behind us. Not only did my husband have questions but so did the lady behind us but the pharmacist just cut them off mid sentence. I was a tech for 20 years for CVS and just retired thos May and I have never experienced rudness the way I have today. Do we not care about our patients? If she don't like her job she should go elsewhere but being rude to the patients and leaving them at drop off for a substantial amount of time while you finish your conversation with your colleague is not it. FIX IT CVS!!!!
